after an email and two phone calls, communicating with Jamie, asking for a Certificate of Authentication (COA) from a purchase made at Apollo Music, Birkenhead (the original COA being incorrect for the item purchased) and being told by Jamie (phone call recorded and kept), yes, yes, i'll sort this, but due to Covid there are delays bla, bla, bla, but i'll call you back later today and, yes, i'll keep you updated, bla bla bla .... nothing, got no further phone call, no help, no assistance and that's now over three months. So I found an address in USA for Fender and got in touch, they re-directed me back to the UK and I got in touch, and the wonderful guy there asked me to send photo of front, back and serial number of item, and this morning, two weeks later, I have received Certificate of Authentication .... and the moral of this story is, (a) avoid trusting Jamie's 'i'll ring you back and keep you updated' baloni, and 'I'll get this done for you' .. (especially if you're a woman, because he'd possibly have acted upon his words for a man - you know how it is in this patriachal world) ... and (b) do it yourself !! Fender were/are great ... Apollo Music, not so.
