The products are great, they are processed and shipped fast, and to top it off they are always so kind. We've bought toys, food and perches for our bird several times, and they never let us down.

animal enrichment (EA) actually cares.

EA isnt all for cash grab like all the other australian “small businesses” ive shopped with, Q.A or G.F come to mind… the likes of who have sold me fake goods, unsafe stored items, tainted and used goods etc - and all they want is money.
But not this seller!

AE lists clean, safe, variety of branches for birds with safety in mind. 316 stainless steel parts to reduce toxicity of metals for chewing birds, f10 scrubs AND baking wood, all done with the care of birds in mind. All done with bird research done. No need to worry about cheap crap overseas like those fake branches that are made with god knows what wood. These are all detailed, safe and natural.

A.E also packs items carefully, shipped fast, gave a personalised note which means she actually remembers who shes serving and gives a damn. even gave us a little gift!

Id also like to point out the pricepoint. The price of things is ridiculous these days. Trying to accommodate avian pets when they cant get insurance and vet bills are always high, their care needs are often high, and cost of living affects so many of us owners. These branches are incredibly reasonably priced. I can actually work buying my baby a new perch every month as a budgeted part of his care like food etc. meaning he can always expect fresh perches and can rip his to shreds and not worry. I will absolutely be coming back for more. I will absolutely be recommending to everyone i know in my bird groups.
I will literally not be shopping anywere else again for perches or planks.

E.A went out of her way to accommodate my bird who has major GI problems and bruised arthirits onset foot pain - is in hospital cage - needing wide, soft braches that are specifically shorter, and smooth profile. For his feet and also wide enough to rest his little belly on a flat surface to help angle his body so he can pass droppings. She not only found the perfect items, but she even accommodated little details like when i asked for any harsh bumps to be removed (while his feet heal).
She even sent me videos of the items so i could get an idea of the size, and how it looks.- Obviously im a bit hesitant writing this as i dont want everyone to do what i did and bug her all the time about specifics (my birds in an emergency situation haha!) but i feel i have to commend how much this person cares for pets.

My bird is literally asleep beak grinding on his new perch right now as i type. I wish i could upload the video ill try and figure out how hehe.

The quality of all items, especially the AEA made products, is perfect! AEA goes out of their way to not only make their products birds safe, but also by request, replaces hardware on other companies toys to higher quality, more bird safe hardware.

The natural products I ordered were as usual fantastic. very well made with safe stainless steel wire. My birds were very excited to receive them and start chewing straight away once installed in their cages.
