Always order my extensions from here super reliable company and fast delivery xxx

Bought some hair extensions online and they are such good quality and arrived super quickly. I’ve been receiving compliments all week.Would definitely recommend and by again. Thank you so much!

I bought the Angel hair extensions - really great quality and worth the price. Am really impressed by how they wash too. Will order these again for sure.

Unfortunately every step of my customer experience was disappointing. Incorrect hair was received after having to chase for order updates and after explaining that it was urgent and important it must be received by a certain date in time for fitting appointment. Was assured before ordering that the order would definitely be received in time.
Was then notified 2 days after placing the order that the hair length ordered was not in stock despite receiving order confirm via email. Agreed a suitable length replacement would be sent and would arrive on time but when it finally arrived 4 days later the wrong hair colour was sent. When I called to explain the item was wrong was told by staff on the phone that the colour was the same as I had ordered, despite having a different name and clearly visible that they were completely different hair colours. (Have been having same colour hair for 6 years so know the difference). If I had known the item I needed was out of stock I wouldn’t have placed the order in the first place - False advertising. I then had to pay out of my own pocket to cover return costs (& more than the original delivery cost) for safe return delivery of the incorrect item in order to receive a quick refund so I could re-order the correct item direct from the supplier myself. Once the item was received back it was acknowledged it was incorrect and the refund was processed immediately - that was the only part of the customer service that was handled well.

Bought these hair extensions a few times and they are lovely .. really good quality and wash really nice. Both clients have loved it

Good hair quality, great shade selection. I recommend it to everyone

I highly recommend purchasing your hair from Angel Hair Extensions. The quality is really good. My hair lasts over a year which is longer than expected. I'm also a regular client at Halo Salons where I have my six weekly maintenance and a hair trim. The team of ladies are so friendly and welcoming, I can't fault the service. I even get my nails done there and the gels last 4 weeks which is unheard of for me, particularly as I'm heavy-handed.

Excellent service, lovely friendly staff, I needed the hair quickly as was let down from my usual supplier, I received the next working day, website was so easy to use and straight forward, great quality hair, will definitely be using again in the near future.

I bought the lace closures from this place back in October last year, delivery was quick the hair quality is brilliant! I didn’t want to give my review on these as soon as I got them because it wouldn’t have been a true to what it is! The hair is Really thick, if you’re unsure on the thickness it’s about the same weight as a 1x tub of tape extension which would do at least have your head! Amazing quality of the hair about to purchase my second lot!

Only downfall is I wish the hair was longer and the lace closure was slightly bigger! Other than that it’s brilliant!

Yes lived ext but disappointed by getting free hair care as a Ty with spending nearly 900

Yes I complained about my order as it was under “micro loop “ section HOWEVER I cannot complain about the quality of the hair it was superb without a shadow of a doubt the best quality of hair I have ever worked with in about 20 years . I have used hundreds of different brands all promising great quality but this truly was 10/10 and despite the misunderstanding I would buy it again. Although I had dispute with them I cannot praise the quality of their product enough . I will be re doing/tighten the extensions on Sunday and still after 3 months they look amazing my daughter is over the moon with them

Unfortunately, this purchase has caused some irritation to my scalp causing severe hair loss. This particular pack soon turned into like horse hair texture and an irritation.

Very pleased with the hair, bought multiple times, good match , it does last and washes well, even up holds a toner on staying healthy and real looking 😊

Just received my new hair today and could not be happier! So easy to order and super quick to come. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else! Always such a friendly and welcoming company xxx
