Replaced the sole on my redwings from comfort sole to lug tread. Excellent job and in less than a week. Very pleased, will be sending other boots there in the future.

Metal Shoe Horn
we purchased a smple engraved metal shoe horn.
Disapointed to find the horn distorted and out of line.
Otherwise ok

RMWilliams repairs 5*
I visited over Christmas and discussed with Manish about sending my RMWilliams boots for repair as I’m not local. He was more than happy.
I had consistent contact by email about how my boots were progressing.
I have received them back (longer than anticipated but due to Manish waiting for stock from suppliers)
The craftsmanship is 5* and my boots feel brand new but broken in.
Manish replaced the heals, gussets, soles and restitched the soles to the upper.
I cannot recommend his work highly enough.
I will be back to treat myself to something from his beautiful shop

High quality product from an excellent retailer
The item I ordered from Anand was competitively priced, and was delivered very promptly and well packaged. We have also visited the shop itself, which is full of lovely, quality items.

nice small shoe horn, engraving was nicely done, wrong house number put on package, but managed to find it. rung shop and they were very helpful and apologised for error. would have been 5 star if no errors

Friendly , quality service
Anand shoes sell quality products and send them to you with care and generosity. They give two brushes with each order. I have found them polite and helpful on the phone as well.

Lovely gift delivered as expected
I bought a lovely soft toy Llama. It arrived as expected in a pretty yellow striped box. Bought as a gift for a friend on a farm. It is cute, cuddly and cheerful. Someone I showed it to when it arrived found it funny and my daughter who adores soft toys loved it. Thank you.
