Im not gonna lie I'm pretty dissatisfied and disappointed. I to Amys nails in Trans Canada Mall to get my gel nails done. I had an inspiration picture which was kinda like an ombre of pink to red. I called ahead of time and asked about pricing they said it would be an extra 10 for the ombre so I said okay. I go in and the girl tells me it's gonna be even more because I'm getting long nails. I've never gotten "long" they were maybe 2-3 cm long. So short to medium max. And then on top of that she didnt even really do an ombre. She painted my whole nail pink then put some red on the bottom and used a small brush to just stroke the red up on the pink. Now I'm not saying it looks bad, i do like it, but I was quoted 55 plus 10 for the ombre and left paying almost 80$ and it didnt take her any longer than when I didnt get the "ombre" I get it nail designs are really hard and take skill, i can't do them. But to take a brush and just swipe up one color on to another really quick didnt a seem worth another like 10$ to me cause they were long? But it didn't take anymore time? And then on top of that. Most places I've gone to over the years either use new sterilized tools for each new client, or they sterilize in between. Not this place. While I was there it was slower so one of the employees was getting her nails done. Then a client comes in, sits at that desk, and the same tools were used. Then a different employee comes up to the desk I was at and takes the cuticle cutters and uses it on herself. Then puts it back in the holder at my a station I was being worked on at without cleaning it or anything. And cuticle cutters cut skin around the nail. If they nick someone and they had something and use it on you, that's just a disaster waiting to happen. I cannot in my right mind return here or recommend this play for safety. I just wanted to get my nails done as a treat not a potential medical disease.

They do beautiful nails for my chrome finish! They are the best and salon is clean and fresh always, friendly service!
Certainly not going anywhere else!
I also use bank cards and they are the only ones who are understanding that not everyone has access to cash!

I went to Amy’s nail shop two days ago I spent an hour getting my toes painted. After an hour I left without my toes painted but I did spend £45 on a set of gel extensions. Two days after getting my nails done at Amy’s I’m missing a fingernail!! Never been so disappointed in my life!!!!!

Shocking came for my holiday nails left acrylic in the back of the nails wonky shape think tops didn’t shave them down colour could see the strokes kept trying to tell them I wasn’t happy no notice taken the nails look awful if I could post a picture I would go on holiday Tomorrow with shocking nails that cost me 35 quid 🤬

Friendly, efficient quality experience!

The staff are very rude and unfriendly. Their nail charges are very expensive compared to other salons in Cirencester. They do a good job at doing your nails but if you book an appointment they always over run. Don’t book if you need to be on time. Also I don’t like the fact that they always ask for CASH. We will have to pay our taxes and don’t like it when nail bars aren’t sticking to the rules that are set out by HMRC

Went in to get natural acrylics, the cheapest option. The man shortened my nails way too much, not careful at all while filing, put on gel instead of acrylics too fast and a very thick layer which was so uneven, then when I was about to pay the woman took full price for gel nails, new set with color which is not correct at all. Had to redo the nails at home …

Had an absolutely atrocious experience here, just yesterday. Went to have acrylics, I knew exactly what I wanted and the man doing the job said he understood it.
I asked for a specific length, shape and design. But after doing one hand, the other hand was cleared shorter than the left hand nails.
I pointed that out and said I didn’t want the nails so short and that he needed to redo it, to match the right hand (that had the length requested).
The man became quite fussed, huffing and puffing. Proceeded to remove the short nails acrylics with such force, that the tool to remove the glue started to burn my fingers. I ended up asking for him to stop the job, to remove everything, which he has done in a very brute painful manner and sent me home with my nails in a proper state. Absolutely avoid this place. Never again!

I love Amy's nails all off the staff on there are absolutely lovely so polite so friendly and very helpful regarding ideas for nails 💅 😊 I wouldn't go anywhere else ever Amy Nails is family love love love they have put up lovely Christmas decorations aswell ❤️ 💕

If I could give them 0 I would. Went in there for a pedicure and gel polish. Worst nail appointment of my life. I would never ever ever go there again. Poor job done and poor customer service. Wasted time and money. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I witnessed the owner and other staff brush off their seats and stations with the same brush they use to dust off your nails between 'coats'.

Also used the emery nail file to scoop off nail 'dust', and then put it straight back into the jar.
I went in for shellac on natural nail, poorly done...thick layer, no seal at cuticle and literally 7 days later my hair has got caught underneath the nail. Conveyor belt attitude

Lovely staff brilliant quality. Literally the best pampering experience. I am autistic and they made me feel so welcome and safe. Love It and would highly recommend.
