American Federal Coin & Bullion Anmeldelser

I have used American Federal before, and my past experience was excellent, so I decided to use them again. They are easy to deal with and make suggestions that were useful. They were reliable the first time I used them, and have lived up to that this time. They are also very pleasant to work with.

Best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of doing buisness with.As a first time buyer, Michele and Marilyn were great at helping me select what products were right for my needs. Their communication was great through out the whole process and I felt like I have been a customer of theirs for years. I would give Am Fed more than five stars if possible. Defiantly will be placing more orders in the future.

Michelle Sapero is a great representative for AMFED.
Michelle understands and focuses on the "customer" in customer service.

Excellent Customer Service from Don Gauss and the Team @ AmFed. Whether I reach out by Text, Voicemail or E-Mail. I get a response within the hour.

My wife and I feel like we're being treated like family, and that Nick and the rest of Team AmFed have our best interest at heart. After a thorough conversation to evaluate what we were looking for, Nick personally helped us build a strategy that would have the best chances of delivering the outcome that fit our stated goal. In this industry, it's easy to make a mistake, or follow the lead of someone who is out for themselves. We did some very exhaustive research to find the most honest dealer we could. Nick Grovich was head and shoulders above the others.

Have been dealing directly with the owner, Nick Grovich for several years, and my husband and I are truly impressed with this knowledge, personal attention, and sincere interest in putting us at ease when dealing with him. We feel he has become a friend, not just a business relationship. Would highly recommend him, especially if you are just getting into the metals market.

Am Feds team is always great. Thank you all.

Carl and everyone are super nice! They are ‘straight shooters’… no gimmicks… just honest transactions!

Excellent support from JP today (11/7/25) in my first purchase of platinum coins. Very easy to work with the team at Amfed, in discussing alternative purchase options and market trends. Always fair and transparent.

Very helpful and courteous. Immediate responses to questions. Fast shipping! Best prices! How good can it get?

Full disclosure and extremely helpful.

Only the best service and feedback from Don Gause and support team.

Carl took my phone order and updated my bank info with typical AMFED efficiency I have experienced over the years.

My rep JP is always very responsive, courteous and very clear in his communication

I reached out to AFC&B wanting to know about the sale of two valuable gold watches that belonged to my dad. Knowing that Dennis Prager always expressed words of trust I decided to make contact.
I have been treated with excellent consistency, clarity and care.
Thorough explanation of the possibility and process.
Nick has lead me through the steps necessary for shipping, waiting time, and I’m awaiting for good results.
I can clearly say that I was very lucky to have reached out and made an excellent business decision.

My experience with AmFed has been exceptional, especially when compared to another coin company I did business with a few years ago.
My representative Carl, is very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend AmFed and will continue to do business with them in future.
