Good.
The product is exactly what I needed. It was super helpful to have all the dimensions detailed on the website. Also the colour matched perfectly with my laminate flooring. Very happy.

I ordered it and it simply arrived. No fuss
I ordered it. and it turned up and it worked. Compared to national mouldings you were fantastic. Their product never turned up and they didn't answer any queries (although a refund suddenly appeared in our account - very strange). Cheers

Great after sales experience
No problems with ordering and quick despatch. However, the courier lost the item within their system. Neil from Ambience did a great job in getting a replacement out super quick. I do think the sign of a good Company is the after sales services. In this case, first class.

Fantastic company, great staff
They couldn’t be more accommodating, friendly, helpful, knowledgable if they tried! The engineered wood floor range was brilliant, lovely different oak finishes. I’m really happy with the kitchen floor I’ve had put down.

Great products and service
Ambience Hardwood flooring was recommended to me by my brother. Great choice of flooring. In my mind I knew what I was looking for and I found it. The friendly staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering online was easy and I was kept fully updated with delivery timings.
If I need hard flooring in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
I am delighted with both the laminate and LVT that I purchased.
