**Disappointing Experience – My Amazon Account Was Not Reinstated**

I am writing this review based on my actual experience as a client of Amazon Sellers Attorney.

I hired Amazon Sellers Attorney to assist with the reinstatement of my Amazon seller account and paid for their services. Before engaging them, I was given the impression that my situation was a typical Amazon account reinstatement case and that they were confident in their ability to assist me.

Based on those representations, I decided to proceed with their services.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations that were set when I hired them. The process took much longer than I expected, with significant delays in communication and updates. Despite the time and money I invested, my Amazon seller account was not reinstated.

The most frustrating part of the experience has been the communication. There were periods when I waited weeks for meaningful updates, and more recently, I have had difficulty receiving responses to my communications.

I understand that no attorney can guarantee that Amazon will reinstate an account, and I am not criticizing them simply because the account was not reinstated. My concern is the difference between the confidence and expectations communicated to me when I hired them and the actual experience that followed.

I am posting this review to help other Amazon sellers make an informed decision before hiring an attorney for an account reinstatement matter. I recommend asking very specific questions about the expected process, realistic timelines, communication frequency, fees, and what happens if Amazon ultimately rejects the reinstatement request.

This review reflects my personal experience as a paying client.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I feel that I invested significant time and money without receiving the outcome or level of communication I expected when I hired the firm.

Their delay in responding to me forced me to hire another attorney. The agreement you must sign states that you pay and that there are no refunds, so you are forced to accept substandard services.

I hired AMZ Sellers Attorney to help reinstate my KDP account and paid over $2,000. Their proposed strategy was to admit fault and apologize. It did not resolve my appeal, and another lawyer confirmed that it made my position more difficult.

I also waited about a week for a revision to the appeal letter. The revision consisted of two sentences I had already sent by email.

My account was eventually reinstated with the help of a different attorney. I am very dissatisfied with the service and have requested a refund. I also asked the firm to explain why I paid over $2,000 when I understand other clients paid around $1,500 for similar assistance.

I hired this firm in August 2025 to assist with an Amazon US account issue. While I understand that final decisions rest with Amazon, my dissatisfaction stems entirely from the firm’s poor service execution, lack of transparency, and terrible time management.

Key issues experienced during my case:

Lack of proactivity: Throughout the process, progress only happened when I initiated follow-ups. Weeks would pass with zero updates or documented actions until I chased them.

Unjustified delays: Critical steps—such as legal escalations—were delayed for weeks without clear strategic justification, forcing me to propose my own roadmaps to keep the case moving.

Dismissive customer support: When I raised valid concerns regarding their delay in case handling, my service complaints were consistently brushed off and deflected onto Amazon's internal timelines.

You pay a fixed fee expecting professional client care and structured case management. Instead, I had to manage the project manager role myself. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you expect a responsive, transparent, and organized team.

I was 1 month into my deactivation threat by Amazon.
