This is the BEST company on the planet! Anyone that wrote a negative review must have caused the problem themselves.Deliveries are always on time or early, refunds are absolutely hassle free and you don't have to deal with the vendor (amazon does that for you) and there is an Amazon warranty if the item fails later on. Every company would do themselves a big favor if they copied the Amazon way of doing business. The low Trust Pilot rating has to be a mistake of some kind or else only people that messed things up for themselves bothered to write a review. Try an order, even a small one, and you'll see why Amazon is the very best online outfit you've ever used.
Wouldn't Shop Here If Not For Convenience
I sat around waiting for my package ALL DAY, just for no one to show up and lie about an attempted delivery.
I watched the van drive PAST my home. 4 hours after, I got a call from a number labeled as "Possible Scam". I didn't pick up, for obvious reasons. I then proceeded to look up the number and saw it was Amazon Delivery. The driver called again, I picked up this time, and got no response on the other end. All I heard was the engine and the sound of the driver moving. It was directly after this the tracking went blank, and I was told there was "an issue with my delivery". The only "issue" was your driver IGNORING a customer on the other line after THEY ARE THE ONE THAT CALLED!
I was home. I had given clear instructions, and it's not hard to find my home; I'm in the middle of a residential area, close to the street. I am tired of having my time wasted. And guess what? I won't be home when they attempt to deliver tomorrow, but I can't change the delivery date.
Looks like I won't be getting my package, and I need what I ordered ASAP.

Amazon a un service de livraison,INTELCOM,le pire service de livraison de petits colis au Canada,perte de colis,livraison en retard,livraison a la mauvaise adresse,chauffeurs qui ne parle pas francais ou l'anglais,qui ne livre pas si le colis est trop lourd,ne livre pas si il fait trop froid,présentement c'est 4 colis sur 10 qu'il mon perdue depuis un mois,et en plus les chauffeurs on l'arrogance de demander 5 étoiles,c'est misérable,on a les chauffeurs INC,maintenant c'est les livreurs INC.D'INTELCOM.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Like really bad. Couldn’t understand her. Then she asked for my account number? I’ve never been asked and told her I didn’t know Amazon customers had account numbers? The item I was upset about was a shirt I ordered that clearly said eligible for return. But they had hoops for me to jump though to be eligible. They wanted me too pay postage to an Asian country to send it back! That was as much as the inferior product I got. It went downhill from there. Then she pretended not to hear me 😆
So she says please call back. Last straw. I’m out. Quitting prime. Goodbye.
Adding to this post, so after quitting Amazon, quitting Prime and removing credit cards and deleting app etc, I find a charge on my credit card for another month of Prime! What a scam company. So I called Amazon and got a rep on the phone who was ridiculous in his answers. He looked me up and said there’s no credit cards on record so that can’t happen. lol. So I explained I deleted everything. He just couldn’t make sense. Then he said somebody must be using my card?!? So I hung up. Called my credit card company and such good customer service. My dispute handled professionally and quick. Immediately took the charge away and will contact this scam Amazon company.

Customer Sevice can't help!
Customer Support can't help it's customers. Sellers on Amazon are scammers. Amazon is NOT the lowest price. You pay for the free shipping. The best thing to do is cancel your account and move on and deal with another company.
Amazon won't let me cancel subscription
Amazon has made it impossible to cancel side subscriptions. I have been sent in circles for over two hours trying to cancel a hayu subscription I purchased through Amazon video. This whole company has made it just hard enough that people will give up out of frustration and continue to pay the subscription. This should not be allowed. I will be cancelling my entire subscription now with prime as I don't feel like being used anymore.
Amazon is not what it used to be
Amazon is not what it used to be. They keep telling me to return stuff that I already returned and ask my ID. they are very scummy and I will not return here.
Amazon customer service gave me incorrect information and then refused to take responsibility for it.
Before returning a third-party item, an Amazon agent explicitly confirmed that my return shipping cost would be reimbursed and noted this on my account. I relied on that promise and paid CAD 50+ to return the item. After the return was completed, Amazon admitted the agent was wrong but refused to honor the commitment.
I was passed between multiple agents and supervisors, given contradictory answers, and ultimately told there was no further escalation ; despite Amazon acknowledging the mistake was theirs.
If Amazon makes a promise, you should be able to rely on it. In my case, I couldn’t.
They do not refund your money for…
They do not refund your money for returned items in a timely manner. They wait a month before they give you a refund. They appear to have just started this policy within the pass few months.
Les livraisons deviennent longue
Tu paye prime et tu te retrouves avec seulement des retard de livraison, c'est rendu trois jours pour être livré alors que quand tu l'achète on te dit livraison demain , si je veux attendre sur mes colis ce sera temu, après tout c'est les mêmes article mais directement de la Chine

Amazon doesn't have money ? needs more and more .They push with sale , you can't anymore cancel item in the first 24 h , shipping is worst and worst. AI customer service make you crazy because is O , a real garbage . I payed for express shipping and I get nothing, tried to cancel in the first 24h due to shipping issues, not accepted . If you return a package you must pay even if they delivered your package late . STOP buying from Amazon!
Service has gone downhill
When I first paid for Prime a few years ago service, pricing and options were terrific. Lately:
1) the search engine doesn’t take me directly to what I ask for. I have to search among dubious lookalikes to find it. Wastes my time.
2) 1 to 2 day delivery is rare. For the last few months the site promises this on the product page but then when you go to checkout the wait is significantly longer. Never next day. Don’t lie to hook me in. I’ll still probably buy but be less annoyed.
3) you must do your research. The price may be cheaper at a local store. That said often the price on Amazon is great value.
I asked for my latest purchase to go to a drop-off location and be in Amazon packaging so it would be safe. Instead it was left at my door unprotected and visible in an unsealed box in winter. I also opted for both items I bought to be delivered later so they could come together. Only one arrived, the other will come separately tomorrow. So much for Amazon’s offer to create less stress on the environment. I could have waited a day longer for a single delivery.
I don’t want slave workers to get me a package so fast they have to suffer. But some honesty about delivery standards is in order.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. It may work for you know but their policies have changed. Horrible customer service. Everyone automated. Your money may be tied up for 2 weeks because they are "unable" to do anything. Horrible experience.

Scamazon failed to mention significant restriction on the "Courtesy Credit"
I was offered a courtesy credit of $40 on my next purchase. However, the courtesy credit was reduced to $16.16. When I called, customer service agent said I can only apply the credit to products sold directly by Amazon. The original customer service agent failed to mention this significant restriction when he proposed a courtesy credit.

For 10 days 2 packages stolen. Good score.Amazon package delivered through ASL services dropped front off our house at 23:57 hour. And stolen 01:52. Next Intelcom : package delivered 14:40 and stolen at 15:13. not sure if it is carrier issue or Amazon issue, but for sure i am done buying from Amazon.ca
Amazon has zero support.
I've been buying from Amazon Canada for a few years, I have monthly subscribe and save orders. I use Amazon Video and Amazon Music. And I'm paying over $30 a month for these services. But I can't get support at all, ever. Since Canada Post has had trouble with strikes and rotating strikes, even though they're still shipping, Amazon refuses to ship my orders, nor acknowledge that they're not going to ship them. My Amazon orders sit in limbo for months, sometimes, and then, finally, I get an email saying that my order's been cancelled. Thanks Amazon. Not.
Shitty morals but good company none the less
Always been a flawless experience! Used them for over 4 years now, though I don't typically admire the incredible monopoly they've built, and now slowly destroying home grown brands by ripping them off with cheap Chinese knock off products, i cant argue with the customer support. They have always been bang on in their responses and never once not been able to solve an issue.

For almost 4 days ive been calling back and fourth with Amazon sent forms in and I was supposed to have been fixed in 24 to 48hrs max this is hour 60 I just called back to cancel Amazon because they do not want to help a small business get back up and running I asked for a manger he said he sees it all and said will take another 24hrs when I asked for higher up supervisor he said they’re was no one higher. I beyond frustrated because I can’t open my doors until I order my cleaning supplies.. I feel like I was no helped at all and would recommend finding a supplier that cares and I guess I had the highest up manger so he basically hung up on me. I still do not have any further info so I still can’t get in and when you cancel you can’t use the emails or numbers on previous accounts I
Expected better customer service and just more help as I’m sure this could have been easy to transfer and get done asap I will be report to bb to add the full disclosurer of this experience
