Usually a review will start with a very broad discussion of your concerns and aspirations, before moving on to a thorough financial review. Following your initial review, we will take time to consider your situation, needs and priorities before writing a detailed financial report. We will discuss this face to face in a follow up meeting in which we'll fully explain our recommendations and agree affordable priorities to assist you in achieving your objectives. Our charges can be structured in several ways. Some of our clients prefer a fee-based approach, whilst others are more comfortable with a commission basis. Either way will result in our fully disclosing our fees in an open and transparent manner

We had a fantastic service from AMAS and our mortgage advisor Aaron in particular. Our circumstances weren’t straight forward and Aaron was extremely knowledgable and available to provide advice through the whole process. We would definitely recommend AMAS.

Top Quality Service
Aaron provided an exceptional service to us when we came to remortgaging & paying off a help to buy scheme.
He communicated with us every step of the way during the process and carefully guided us on options available to us. Process from start to finish was really smooth and virtually no stress at all. He was really professional throughout, always approachable and friendly.
Will be back again when its time to remortgage again.

Aaron was so helpful every step along the way!
Aaron was absolutely fantastic helping us secure a mortgage for our first house, taking time to talk us through every step of the way he offered us multiple choices of lender providing pro’s and con’s of each with no pressure or bias put on us at any point we have no hesitation to use again in the future and recommend to all our friends and family.

I’m not one for often leaving reviews…
I’m not one for often leaving reviews but I feel Aaron Stokoe at AMAS really truly deserves it! Aaron went above and beyond for our mortgage, due to covid and every other reason the world could throw at us… not once did Aaron give up and even when we were close to caving in, Aaron kept at it and not to line his pocket, but because he cares and he’s passionate about what he does, he’s one ticking every box during the process and more! I can now say I will honestly never use any other company nor person! Aaron is top class, offering the best service and a personal service, he truly wants the best for everyone and he is easily one of the most genuine humans you’ll ever meet!
I didn’t often get to speak to many other staff members at AMAS because if Aaron’s excellent quality of work but on the few occasions I did, they were all very friendly and super efficient!
5 stars just doesn’t touch the worth of Aaron Stokoe and this company!

Extremely poor service - no communication at all
We approached Aaron from AMAS and had a meeting on 19/08 to provide details for him to seek an AiP, we were advised this would take around two days during the meeting. 23/08 we were advised the lender was looking at the application. 24/08 we still had no AiP and emailed him to request he try a different lender, we received no response and have had no further communication since then - today is 02/09. From speaking to numerous other clients it would appear his favoured company is Nationwide, I can only speculate that this is commission led and they pay him a higher rate than other lenders.
We have emailed, called and left voicemail messages, all of which we received no response to. Very poor customer service despite boasting he can be contacted at any time and always answers his phone during the initial meeting.
We would NOT recommend this company.

AMAS is regulated and authorised by the FCA and has to undergo regular compliance checks to ensure there is no lender bias, so assure you that commission does not affect our decision when placing a mortgage with any provider.
