Ce kit de filtration pour X1C Bambulab fonctionne de manière impeccable, les fichiers à imprimer on été fait en PETG, j'aurai peut-être du les imprimer en ASA mais ça fait le job :)

Fonctionne vraiment bien juste un peu bruyant. Pour ma part pas gênant imprimante dans une pièce indépendante.

Really good quality printer case. Works well. I've heard some other reviewers state that the fan is a bit noisy, but mine is OK. It's got to generate a fair amount of pressure so don't expect the silence of a Noctua.

I had a couple of minor hardware parts missing from my order and their support was superb, answering my email and sending out the missing parts quickly.

The added smoke alarm, wirelessly linked to a mains isolation socket works like a charm - once you can figure out how to get it set up. It took me a few tries, but working well now.

It occurred to me that if/when the smoke alarm tripped the mains, it only trips what's connected through the isolation socket. If the fan and its controller aren't connected through that, you'll keep pulling fresh air through a potential fire. So it's a good idea to make sure the isolation socket will trip the fan/controller as well.

Rather than have multiple plugs from the isolation socket, I decided to hard-wire the 24V input to the power supply of my E3D toolchanger and simply trip the mains input to the printer PSU from the isolation socket.

Today is February 21st. I fulfilled my order and payment on February 13th. Although they say "in stock, 2-3 days shipping", I have not received my filtering kit yet and, after having asked about shipping information, the only answer they have literally sent to me is "We have finished processing your order". I do not even know if they have sent the items, neither the shipping company or tracking number.
After this, I can not recommend this company to anybody.

I really appreciate your effort to explain the situation, but you are not being sincere at all.
Given the lack of information, I sent the first email on February 17th, asking for my order (understanding that there had been a weekend in between) and for a tracking number.
Mr. Martini answered me the next day (18th) and told me that my parcel where ready and going to be sent that same day. That did not happen.
I had to write another email on February 21st, three days later, asking again for my order and a tracking number. Then, your answer was "We have finished processing your order". Not one more word. That was the reason why I wrote the present review.
Then, and only then, you sent my parcel. Even further, you sent me the tracking number on saturday (22nd) at 9:45pm. Only 9 days after I made the payment!
No, the matter is not whether 3dJake offers faster delivery options. The matter is that you have not done your job properly.
Please, let's not make excuses because we are responding to a public review.

Facile à utiliser, compact et efficace

J’ai utilisé ce services plusieurs fois en 2024. C’était parfait. Fichier STL mis sur le site, le prix ressortait de suite, commande rapide et envoi rapide. J’y retourne aujourd’hui. Mon compte a disparu. Impossible de commander une pièce 3D rapidement. Le site est devenu incompréhensible alors qu’il était si bien. Adieu

Haven't yet been able to fully test ou my order, but every interaction I had with the company was pleasant, and responses were informative and to the point (none of these boilerplate answers).

Product looks decent enough, so I'm fully confident it'll do it's job!

I am very happy for the système I intalled on my 3D pointer box. This improve the quality of the outfit on the plate and protects against temperature variations.

colis reçu rapidement, emballage soigné.
utilisé avec une imprimante résine, l'atténuation des odeurs est satisfaisante, mais il en reste un peu.
le montage ne pose pas trop de soucis, il manque juste la clef adéquat pour les poignées et les vis du filtre. c'est dommage car le reste est fourni.
le ventilateur est un peu bruyant à 100%.
la programmation des cycles de filtration est simple et pratique.
l'utilisation de la cloche au quotidien ne pose pas de soucis et l'accessibilité du connecteur électrique très facile (débrancher avant de manipuler)

Longer screws for fan, so the fan grill cannot be installed, I have to replace them for my own. Not good sealing, better to print your own from TPU.

Pièce de bonne qualité, en revanche les délais ont été un peu plus long que prévu.

I ordered during a french holiday which caused a delay in shipping. Alveo reached out to me to let me know about the delay. I really appreciate the clear communication! I recieved my product a littke over a week later.

There was damage in transit, support helped immediately and replaced the defective part.
