Deliver of wood was excellent and very helpful man carried wood down the road to us due to the road being slim.
Small part of timber was different shape and one plank was bowed but usable.
2smaller items were missed off the delivery but I was able to collect very easily from Ryan and Ruxley organised by Matt at Welling branch.

I am seriously impressed with Alsford. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. The delivery arrived right on time, and the quality of the products is excellent. It’s hard to find reliability like this these days. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Dissapointed...
The quality is good but they are over priced and be mindful if you return any items there is a 15% restocking fee. Not all projects go exactly to plan and sometimes there are surplus materials or a change of requirement. This restocking fee has unfortunately put me off using them going forward.
