First of all, Alpine Ramble has exceeded all my expectations, both during and after the trek. They truly do their very best to treat you like family. I can’t say enough good things about this company. As for the trek, itself, it was an amazing experience. My guide and porter were absolutely top notch. It seemed I was in awe of something, at every turn. The scenery and culture are wondrous. And, of course, the view at ABC is worth all the hard work you put in. If this is something you’re interested in, go for it! Alpine Ramble will help you, every step of the way.

Our experience was super positive, the owner of the company Mr. Dil is always available to accomodate any request and he is always able to help or to propose different solutions. All the tours are completely personalized, hence you can make your own experience! They also provide equipment (sleeping bag and down jacket)
During the trekking everithing is organized in all the details, tea houses, breakfasts, lunchs and dinners, you have to take care only about the drinks and to enjoy the experience!
Porters, Guide (Mr. Laxman) and Assitent (Mr. Tika) are available to help, giving suggestions to not get sick (ams) and to explain and present the different villages djuring the trekking.
I'm happy to have choosen Alpine Ramble for this lifetime adveture!

Am Göktürk Kaya and from Germany. I was on the tour with the Company Alpine Rumbles. Am with the Company and with my Guide Amar Gurung very happy. Amar was amazing Guide on the Tour. He has very good experince for this Everest Basecamp tour. I will recommend this company and Amari as a guide to my friends.

Used Alpine Ramble to do the 9 day trek to Everest base camp. They organised everything such as hotel stay, taxis and food. The trek was hard but very rewarding with the views and experience. The trip went smoothly and was a once in a life time journey. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, he went at our pace and accommodated to our needs ensuring we got to base camp. Would highly recommend Alpine Ramble.

From the moment I got in touch with Alpine Rambles, they couldn’t have been more helpful! Dil who runs the company was very responsive via email and answered any question I had. The whole process of booking was very efficient! Our guide Laxman made the whole experience so enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and made sure we had lots of fun. We visited during monsoon season, which presents its own challenges but Dil and Laxman made it as smooth as possible. Our porters Tika and Sonam couldn’t have been kinder and always had a smile on their faces. It included a tour of the city, airport pick up/drop off and 2 nights in the hotel, which was in the perfect location. I’d highly recommend Alpine Rambles to anyone thinking of doing EBC!

It is very difficult to express in words the experiences lived during the 15 days that I had the privilege of being in Nepal and meeting and living with such friendly, pleasant, honest people who are always willing to help in every way necessary. Had an amazing and perfect experience with Alpine Ramble Treks! Our guide Sujal could not be better trained, prudent and experienced. Likewise Dil, a memorable human being and always willing to solve any problems with agility, patience and extremely captivating in personal relationships. The only thing I can cite as a regret is not doing more trekking with Alpine Ramble Treks and not staying longer in Nepal. From the first contact via email to the transfer to the airport, you will be fully supported by unforgettable people. If you go to Nepal, do not hesitate to explore this wonderful country with the ART team, you will undoubtedly be in the best company and with not only professionals, but a big and rewarding family. Had an amazing experience with Alpine Ramble Treks! Tilak was our guide and I can’t recommend him enough! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and made you feel like part of the family. We did the 11 Day Trek to Everest Base Camp and it was incredible!! Plan on coming back and doing EBC again and Annapurna Base Camp as well with Alpine Ramble Treks and Tilak! We had an amazing time in Nepal with Alpine Ramble. We did a short trek before monsoon starts and we're so lucky with weather and everything, team was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had some reservations going into this hike and those were dismantled and replaced by excitement with keen attention towards our needs. I would recommend that everyone comes to Nepal to do this trek, meet the people, and enjoy the culture and food in Nepal. We were blessed with amazing guides Samir and his assistant Lukandar, who were both eagerly awaiting to see that we meet our expectations at every turn and corner they were there to take care of us. Their smiles, while serving us our meals and lovely jokes, “Dal pat power 24 hour”, were the trick to keep our motivation going as we aimed high on reaching our goal. He gave us a detailed plan each day and gave us the best opportunity to be successful. Keeping a snicker and a water bottle ready he was there to boost our energy level when we needed it. We also loved our porter or I call him my assistant photographer Lukandar he hiked with us most of the way and was much more engaging than most of the other porters we saw on the trail. 10/10 recommend Alpine Ramble – namely Dil (CEO), Dik Rai (guide), Lak Rai (porter), and Kumar (driver). My journey to Everest Base Camp via the 15-day THREE PASSES TREK was flawlessly executed by the team – really, flawlessly. In the pre-trip planning process, Dil was accessible and responsive to questions; and once on the ground in Kathmandu (pre and post trek), he was always around and available. All airport pick-ups and transfers went smoothly, as Kumar was prompt and on-time for each. As for the trek, I feel like I hit the jackpot with my guide, Dik Rai, and his brother (my porter), Lak Rai. Dik Rai outshined all the other guides in his (1) professionalism, (2) knowledge of the local culture, terrain, and navigating high altitude, (3) patience, (4) detail and service orientation, and (5) sense of humor. His catchy rhymes (there are many) and singing brought laughter and lightheartedness to each day. Additionally, Lak Rai’s positive attitude and smile was inspirational and a delight. I consider myself very lucky to have had such a great team. Many thanks and much appreciation to them for a safe and remarkable journey through the Himalayas. I would change nothing about my experience, except next time I would bring cough drops (the air is very dry and cold up high).

I just went on a 15 day trek to Everest Base Camp via High Passes and Gokyo Lakes.

The experience was absolutely amazing, and I was completely taken care of by the team at Alpine Ramble. My guide Ram and my porter made sure that I was comfortable and that everything I could possibly need during the trip was provided. Every night Ram brought me fruit and snacks!

The trek itself was absolutely stunning. We went through trails that are not typical of the normal EBC trek, so I got to experience different scenery and views that were unique.

Ram was very knowledgeable of the trails and I felt comfortable following his lead. He even held my small bag when we were going over the high passes!

I will forever remember this adventure! Thank you Alpine Ramble for creating this once in a lifetime experience.

Its not by chance that i came upon Alpine, i read their reviews over n over and that made my decision to go with them. Even did chat with them and always there to answer my questions. When i was received by the Boss Dil, he was such a humble and accomodating person. The next day my guide came, he was so helpful in all aspects of my trek. He took care of even my little little things. The porter always had a watchful eye on me. Guide Vasant and Porter Pemba. They both know my strength and weakness. I am thankful to the entire team. Be with them, only then you will believe.

I recently went on the Annapurna Circuit adventure with Alpine Ramble and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The guide (Samir) was great and the porter service (Saila) was amazing. I got ill during the trek but they took great care of me. The organization was great and we always stayed at the best tea houses. The staff was very friendly and I always felt protected and hassle-free.

The trek itself was breathtakingly beautiful. The scenery was stunning and I felt like I was in a different world. The mountains were majestic and the valleys were lush and green. The tea houses we stayed at were cozy and comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding landscape.

Overall, I would highly recommend Alpine Ramble to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Nepal. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was a success. Thank you Alpine Ramble for an amazing experience!

Did the 16 Day Chola Pass Trek (EBC, Chola Pass, Gokyo Lakes)

There is really not much else other than positive to say about Alpine Ramble Treks. Dil and his team will do whatever it takes for you to achieve your goals. I had Krishna as a guide and Bal Kumar as a porter, bother were outstanding and cannot say much of anything else, they will always do whatever it takes to make you comfortable.
The whole experience will definitely be a memorable one, the amazing views, the amazing people you meet along the way and the family you will have made. The ongoing support after the trek is also very outstanding.

Will definitely recommend Alpine Ramble Treks to anyone who wishes to trek in Nepal and they will gladly welcome you into their family.

Alpine Ramble made our dream of trekking to Everest Base Camp an unforgettable experience. Many thanks to Dil for organising all airport transfers, hotels and flights seamlessly. Tilak our guide is a true legend of the Himalayas (look him up on you tube) he brought so much local knowledge to the trek, singing popular Nepalese songs all the way, taking us to the best spots for photos even getting into the kitchen and cooking us up incredibly tasty meals at every stop! Our junior guide Bosanta who showed so much compassion when one of our friends fell really ill at the beginning of the trek, staying back to accompany her to the hospital and visiting every day until we could re unite with her. The porters are absolute power houses, stepping up to be guides when Bosanta stayed back with our friend, running our bags to the next stop then running back to meet us along the track and assist us with our day packs and help us across the rocks. The whole Alpine Ramble team showed so much dedication to our group and treated us as family every step of the way. I wouldn’t even consider another trekking company after our experience with them.

Alpine Ramble did a really good job with the trek planning. They showed great attention to detail with every aspect of the trip including meals, lodging and Lukla flights. I ran into several days of delays due to bad weather at Lukla and the owner Dil at the last minute made me a better personal itinerary through his hard work and dedication. The Alpine Ramble guides are very professional and met everybody’s need. I would recommend Alpine Ramble anywhere from a short excursions to a multiple week Everest Base Camp expedition.

The trek from start to finish was a phenomenal experience, Alpine Ramble ushered us the whole way, offering knowledgeable and precise guidance. We didn't have to worry about meals, accommodation or the required necessities needed for the trek, Alpine took that burden from us making our journey seamless and joyful. I did two trips with Alpine. The Everest Base Camp trip and Kathamandu Day Trip. This company goes over and beyond to provide a personalized experience for its clients. For EBC, we had the best and kindest guides. More than guides, they were kind humans who understood the needs of their customers and made sure their story was a success story. Feedback was taken and immediately implemented on. Example, we wanted accommodations with attached bathrooms and the guides improvised immediately to
accomodate. I also needed heli evacuation Nd the owner Dil and the two guides sprung into
action to provide the support needed. I will recommend this company to anyome
considering a Nepal
adventure.

So I was not referred by anyone to engage with Alpine Ramble. But I was impressed with their guide professionalism through a YouTube channel. From that moment onwards I decided to ask more about their service.

Without long hesitation I have decided to engaged with them after short alignment and negotiation. Their in charge person, DIL makes me feel the engagement is so personalized and not just dealing with a standard customer service. You may customize anyhow u want for your trekking experience!

At this very moment I had completed the trek package I customized which is clockwise Gokyo-Cholapass-EBC. Amar, was the awesome guide assigned to me for this lifetime memorable trek! Bear in mind that they are not just a guide during the journey, they always exceeded my expectation by also being the person that serve food, check on health being, personal local translator, info provider, trek motivator and many more! I have lost count how many times my guide had asked me “are you ok?” “Feeling good?” Not to forget he also has very nice singing! That’s one of the energy that drove me during the trek!

Most unforgettable: Gokyo ri summit moment, we achieved it in pretty quick pace!
Most impressive: Amar assisted with all his energy to make my cholapass a success, carrying my bag on the last very steep part!
