All Terrain Cycles Anmeldelser

Credit for quick delivery & well packed bike but that’s the only remotely positive thing I can say….
No instructions on how to assemble bike.
No tools to assist with assembly.
Bike faulty-wouldn’t engage gears or motor.
Raised problem via email, within 12hours of delivery-no response.
Tried twice more-no response.
Raised complaint via PayPal.
Joe finally responded with curt responses-denial of emails, no apology.
We demanded a return for full refund after 3 weeks of getting nowhere with Joe.
Despite being 20kg+ e-bike & explaining i don't have a suitable vehicle to transport such a large item, he insisted we take it to a Trek shop, to be ‘packed for return’ or we would only receive a ‘partial refund’, if anything happened to the bike during transit!
I had to hire a van & ask a neighbour to help carry it with me.
PayPal issued the full refund.
Disgraceful customer service.
Cost me money to hire van.
And STILL, no apology.
Would never buy from this company again.

Really good customer service from all terrain cycles there was a error online when I purchased a cube mtb no fault of all terrain and the bike ended up being out of stock so I was offered a giant bike which I am really pleased with that was dispatched the next day one very happy customer would recommend this shop to anyone looking at new bikes.

The staff have been nothing but rude and very unhelpful to my son. He purchased a £3000 bike and had nothing but trouble. When going back to the shop, the staff never want to help and when asked if they could recommend somewhere else that may sell a bike clip replied with ' I don't know i don't work there' it's a good job I wasnt there with my son. I will be coming to see a manager. Disgusted in their attitude, and lack of help and assistant.

I just bought the best bike ever from all terrain cycles, it was delivered in two days. The bike was ready to and is absolutely dreamy, to top it off I got it at incredible discounted price.
Thank you!!!

Great service and price from All Terrain cycles. Ordered a new bike on the Wednesday and it arrived Friday morning. Perfectly packaged and set up. Would highly recommend!

Excellent price, very fast delivery (FedEx also super helpful), bike in perfect condition on arrival.

Bike was very well packaged, was shipped swiftly and arrived in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, and this is no reflection on or fault of Allterraincycles, Fedex were dreadful. They made no attempt to get a delivery signature and simply left the bike on my drive and left.

Fantastic service. Will deffo use again.
Best price, packaged well, great to chat via e mail.
Thanks, love my new Madone x

I was able to get the bracket covers I needed at a sensible price, with clear information provided about model numbers. Arrived quickly so I have new covers on for the good weather!

I ordered the bike online and received fast confirmation and was dispatched a few days later after being checked over. Very happy with service and very happy with the bike.

Purchased a Trek Checkpoint ALR5 2026 through the cyclescheme, All terrain cycles were the cheapest price by a couple of of hundred pounds. I contacted Joe he allowed me to secure the bike at the advertised price while waiting for my voucher with a small deposit £35, a couple of weeks later my voucher arrived and Joe called me straight away to confirm he had received it and that my bike would be dispatched on Monday, delivered Tuesday, tracking details received and the bike was delivered (in plain box) on the Tuesday very well packed. I put the bike together straight away sadly I haven’t had a chance to ride yet but I am very happy with the service from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Joe and All Terrain Cycles

Unbelievable service from both Joe and Natasha.

I enquired into a bike i wanted which i found on another site cheaper.

It subsequently came apparent that the other vendor had made a mistake but All Terrain Cycles honored the price match and delivered the bike to me much quicker than initially anticipated.

Seeing this level of service is testament to how long All terrain have been doing this and their staff obviously really enjoy being there which helps with the excellent customer service i have received here.

I will 100% be shopping with All Terrain again and would strongly recommend anyone, looking for anything to do with biking, to also shop with All Terrain Cycles.

Big thanks to all at All Terrain for the excellent customer service :)

Ordered Monday afternoon and arrived Tuesday afternoon! Great service. Thanks.

I can't thank Joe and the team enough for making the purchase of my Liv go so smoothly. A fantastic price and great quick service and they delayed dispatch for me to give it the best possible chance of being delivered on my day off. Would definitely recommend All Terrain Cycles and they will be my go to website for my next purchase. Thanks again to Joe and team for your help.

Quick delivery, fab product. Would recommend

I ordered the bike and received it the next day. It was a life saver after buying a bike from a different supplier and receiving a pink bike for my little boy for Christmas! After explaining Santa had made a mistake and a little girl was heart broken after not getting her bike for Christmas he was going to bring my little boy a new one! So thank you Santa for being so prompt so I wasn’t left with a disappointed child!

From start to finish this HAS to be one of the easiest transactions i have ever done for such a large and expensive item, from online ease to customer service right down to the delivery tracking. 10/10

Prices were also the best, will 100% recommend and will 100% use in the future.

I needed a replacement brake caliper for my bike.
They had the part in stock and dispatched it immediately.
I was so happy with the service, I will definitely be using them again.
