Quick and efficient service. My car was taken to Tesla in Crawley without any issues. The driver kept me informed and sent photos of the car at the service centre. The quoted price was the price I was charged. Not sure why others here had reported a bad experience .

TOTAL RIP OFF - £250 for a 6 mile recovery and drop off - Aggressive / threatening / Avoid

Terrible company, I waited 3 hours when I was told the vehicle would be recovered within an hour. Didn’t keep me updated, swore at me down the phone, totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE. Absolute joke of a company.

Pretty disappointed with this company. I scheduled a recovery three days in advance. They gave me a 2-hour slot but they didn't show up. No communication. When I tried to call them they didn't even answer the phone. When I finally got hold of them they gave me a new time. But once again they failed to show up. After listening to porkies for a couple of hours I finally gave up and cancelled the whole thing, at which point they became abusive in texts.

In this case, I had a slot booked at the garage (which will cost me), meetings, and parental responsibilities that I would have been able to reschedule had Allsussexrecovery informed me they were going to be late. I would expect a company to behave like grown-ups and proactively let their customers know they're going to be 2 hours late. This concept is taught in primary school.

Avoid.

Booked the day before to transport a classic car from one garage to another, up a shared drive. Eventually turned up 1.5 hours late, after several calls. Before loading the car made it clear where the car needed to go, again told not to worry they can do it. As the car was being loaded had call from company sending me payment details to transfer £300 to. Wrench did not work first time, did not have a trolley jack, other tools although made it clear the brakes could be locked on, they were not but instead had flat tyres. Damaged wing pulling the car out of garage. At destination said he could not get it up the drive. Told to call company because promised they would be able to do it. Tried to explain the situation and was shouted down and swore at, said I had not paid yet 1hr after sending me the details and told car would not be off loaded until payment received. I was not made aware of this in advance. Threatening text messages saying car being sent to yard until payment made and an additional £300 would be due to return the car. No receipt or invoice for payment, as was promised….took video of me handing over payment to driver because this is a con.
Had to help push the car off the truck just left at the beginning of a long drive. Managed to sufficiently inflate the tyres and move the car to the agreed location ourselves.
Only mistake was being naive and not checking reviews first. DO NOT USE!

My experience today:
The only reason I have put one star is to get this review out. I had a flat tyre over the weekend. AA was unable to recover and tow my Volvo. I did an online search (and yes should have come here!). The first sign of trouble was when the person on the phone called me 'love' - but familiar but moving on - set a date to tow vehicle for today, gave credit card detail and time.
Driver was 2 hours late - but that wasn't as important as the rest:
1) was told I could pay by Visa - Vehicle operator said 'no only cash' - which meant I had to go to the bank.
2) Vehicle operator rang me 4 X and sent 5 VM messages - insulting, saying where is the money - would only accept a bank transfer at this point.
3) I get to bank to transfer funds one hour later (after he has departed).
4) I am sent 2 images of the Volvo service centre - but my car is in only one of them.
5) Vehicle operator refuses to hand key to the service centre - but...
LEAVES THE KEY ON THE TYRE AND THE CAR IN A PARKING LOT THAT IS NOT VOLVO's?!?!?
6) I am charged 234 GBP with VAT with no receipt or VAT number or invoice.
7) Hung up on 4 times by company owner/director who refuses to give his name other than 'Joe - to my question of full name - responds with 'Bloggs" -his name is Brendan Horner of Halifax, UK. He is actually under BH Recovery trading as All Sussex Recovery.

Cowboys to say the least - and non tax payers too
