Wrinkled, not impressed
I paid a lot for this poster and it showed up with big wrinkles in it from being bend prior to packing. It was good and smooth in the package so sometime prior to that someone packed it knowing it’s was wrinkles, which is really disappointing.

My order shows delivered but I only…
My order shows delivered but I only received 1 item. I called customer service and was told “they probably forgot to put the other items in”. I asked if this is regularly happens and was told “ya,they do that”. She said right away she would credit me. I explained that I still wanted my items. Supposedly these were sent out 7/1 but I’m still waiting. Very disappointing. And I’m out over $100.

Print is lovely
I think the print is lovely. It’s very large but I felt that $100 was insane for shipping. I didn’t get a confirmation in my email (didn’t see it in spam) so I kept having to check by order number to make sure it was being processed. I did receive a shipping notice however when I clicked the link it said the site had blocked me which is frustrating.

The delay between purchase and the time processing was about a week, which was much longer than with previous purchases or when I have purchased equivalent items with other vendors. The lack of communication and updates on tracking was frustrating. I like your products

The posters are nice but shipping is waaaaaay too slow. Package spends days in each Fed Ex facility it ends up at. Right now package has been in Chino, CA for 2 days. Do better on shipping!
