Very damaged poster.
I ordered a poster and came very beat up. Very damaged. For me to return it and get a new one it would cost me the same price for a second attempt. And this was a sports poster for a young kid.
I have reached out to customer service and I have received no response.
Honestly, I say the poster 3/10. Looks like it put in a dryer. Looks very aged when it’s days old.

The picture arrived smashed - mass Vietnam, 101st airborne division.
The picture arrived smashed. Back on 2020 when in Louisiana they all arrived ok. Your current packaging does not have any inner hard core to keep the print from smashing. Warehouses, delivery trucks, workers pile packages. Your containers are sub standard. I’ve started using Amazon, with free shipping, they send all prints with a hard inner core to protect them. Cheaper, faster, arriving in good order but they do not have the selection you have.
I have a video of opening it and depicting the creases from smashed package.

I’m waiting for the balance of an outstanding order, the first piece received was damaged. I’ve been unable to track the second piece and as I said in my last review I can’t reach anyone for resolution. The website is ridiculous to navigate. Never again.

Reasonable pricing, many options, ease of ordering
I was very happy with the reasonable pricing and easy of finding and ordering what I wanted. I would have given 5 stars, but I am not happy with the canvas wrap over frame because the picture "repeats" on the bottom and top edges.
