David Alcott attended and produced a very concise structural defects report with which our builders could not refute and persuaded them to rectify without any further action.Excellent Service!

Waste of time, they advertise their ability to survey any property anywhere and provide a quotation on that basis. Once you try and book in they say they don’t cover your area even though they’ve quoted. Don’t waste your time.

Asked for quote and waiting time next thing I know my instructed Survayer cancelled as these guys had gone to my estate agent and booked in without my knowledge or a quote. Phoned them they basically just blamed it on a email not sending through to me

They were great with communicating with what was happening. They offered support if we needed help with our report after it was completed. The report came through really quick. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent communication throughout the process, including regular updates on key actions. The final survey summary was extensive and very informative. A very thorough survey done at short notice by a competent and interested surveyor

Quick booking, raport received in a few days. Very pleased with the service.

Missed rat infestation- failed to inspect loft despite paying for most thorough and expensive Level 3 survey. Surveyor said he didn’t feel safe going in the loft and it contained belongings. Raised a complaint and was fobbed off.

Re-quested a quote from this company and received a call back to talk through what availability they had, as we wanted a quick turnaround.

Never received a quote and the company was never instructed to conduct the survey.

But they took it upon themselves to book a home buyers survey in with the estate agents, causing a huge problem.

Don't even bother reaching out to this company.

Good and quick turnaround on the survey. It was quite detailed.

The depth of the survey was extremely impressive as was the excellent customer service. However, the most important factor for me was that the survey used plain English and provided clear recommendations and costs. This allowed me to liaise with the seller and achieve my goals.

The company was very thorough and the report was very detailed. A very helpful document with a lovely summary at the end.

I had lvl3 survey on other house with SDL and overall I was happy with them but diced to choose Allcot with this property. They are much better. They give what they promised,detailed report with so many pictures. Also they included how much the repair costs. ( SDL promised the same but never happened). Also on the day of inspection the surveyor (Paul) called me and explained to me what he found (obviously just a short version,m. With SDL no one called me or gave me the surveyor details ). That was on Monday afternoon and I got my full report 3 days later. Also Paul offered me after I got my report I can call him if I need to.
Only bad side I had to wait 17 days from booking to the inspection carried out but we had time so waiting wasn’t an issue. With SDL they did the inspection in 7 days but I had to ring them 2 weeks later to ask my report.
I really recommend them to anyone as worth to ask.
I’m sure much more people use them before kitty they didn’t write review,so don’t be afraid to use them.
