Highly recommend! I had the Level 3 survey on an old terrace property I'm looking to purchase. The survey was booked in quick and the report was back within a week of the survey taking place.
It's the most detailed and helpful survey I've seen, full images, descriptions and recommendations. It made me feel like they were holding my hand through the process and really understood the property. A big thank you to Paul Allcott.

Both the survey being carried out and the report being issued were done extremely promptly which was really helpful to me as I had a tight timescale to work to. However there was no indication from the report that anything had been rushed - the report was clear and detailed. I had a few questions about the report and these were also answered extremely well.
