This is a great company for ordering ID cards. You pick the design and wording, and can order as many or as few as you want, then they are delivered the next day. Such a simple and easy process.

We are a UK based company selling ID Cards, printers & accessories. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and offer some of the lowest prices in the industry with same day dispatch and next working day delivery available for orders placed before 14:00.
Same Day Despatch
For stock orders placed before 3 PM.
We guarantee same-day despatch for all in-stock items ordered before 3 PM, Monday to Friday.
However, orders placed before 4:30 PM are often despatched the same day.
Most orders are delivered the next working day!

I highly recommend their service, which prints cards with a very high quality. I have been using their service for 4 years and they have always delivered my cards on the promised date.

Was told should be with me soon.
Then had emails to say my items had just been dispatched. No apologies will not use again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
Our cut-off for same-day dispatch is 3 PM, but we can sometimes dispatch orders up to 4:30 PM on the same day.
The order you contacted us about was paid for and submitted at 8:05 PM. Unfortunately, 8 PM is too late for same-day dispatch.
You chose the "Free Shipping (1-2 working days from dispatch)" method.
When you contacted us on Friday, 8th, you mentioned that the order needed to reach you by Tuesday, and you expected it to be with you at the time you contacted us.
You were advised that we would expect the order to be with you between Friday, 8th, and Monday, 11th. You were not informed that your order had already been dispatched.
My colleague clarified the meaning of "1-2 working days" to ensure there was no confusion.
As your order was destined for a residential address, we mentioned that there was a possibility it could be delivered to you over the weekend. However, this was not guaranteed.
Tracking details were added to your order shortly after your message to ensure you could stay up-to-date on delivery.
I have checked the tracking before posting this reply, and your order is due to be with you on Monday, as advised in our initial email response to you.
As there were no problems or delays with your order, my colleague's response aimed to inform and clarify the dispatch information previously sent to you. I am sorry to hear that you are upset or disappointed that we did not apologise in our initial reply to your email. That was certainly not our intention.
Unfortunately, there is not much more myself or my colleague could have done in this situation, as your order has been dispatched as expected and is on track to be delivered on time. Please do get in touch with us again should there be no attempt to deliver your order tomorrow.
