Received bag without box/ packet
I recently bought a handbag( women section ) from Aldo. It wasn’t available in Whitecity westfield shopping mall so they ordered it for me. The delivery arrived in a plastic dark blue delivery bag rather than the aldo box. I wanted to gift it to someone so was expecting they’ll send the aldo box or atleast an aldo packet. In the store while selling to customers they were giving boxes hence it was quite frustrating to see in home delivery they don’t provide it.
Very bad experience with customer services
I baught online shoes worth of 200 $. After placing order there is no tracking on my order by app they called shop. Have to call them every time for status where you have to wait atleast 45 minutes. Still no solution.
Hope they work on it.

Bought a few times from them, decent quality for the price...last experience it was horrible and its due to their (lack) of service for returns...After several emails to get the info regarding their contra-cost delivery service they offered me the label for return (8 eurs charge Spain - Portugal). All good, courier picked up the order and 3 days later they notify me that they cannot deliver because they cannot locate anyone at the address. Amazing!!!! so now l am left without the product and without the money and this all thanks to a company that doesn't value their customers enough to try an offer a minimal service. Will never buy again

Had a very bad experience with ALDO. Saw a bag ,no specifications like size dimensions and all.i decided to order anyway. I ordered it came very small.I started return same day,got a notification they have received the item,yet I didn't get my return.i had to chase them for extra 5days ,in-between I was asked to send proof of return email amd receipt whichi did(which they should have,cos they sent the return email).After a whole 5days I got a refund of £9 short of total sum i paid.
I had to start another chase,they came back saying they had to deduct both delivery charges and return charges..never ever had that experience with any brand or company.
Anyways my first and last buy.
Won't be patronising again.

Unprofessional, rude, ALDO Rosebank
I had a very disappointing experience at the Aldo Rosebank store. I went in to exchange a bag I bought last month after noticing a small defect. The store manager, Tumi, was unhelpful and extremely rude throughout the process. She made me wait in the store for nearly two hours without any clear updates, and her attitude made the experience even more frustrating.
Customer service should be about helping customers feel valued, but instead I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Aldo is a brand I’ve trusted for years, but this experience has made me question whether I will return to this store again.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store.I went to the store “Aldo” to get a shoe and within 24 hours the leather of the shoe was already peeling off. Took it back and they said they can’t do anything about it. To make matters worse, the manager was terribly rude. She also said I don’t have to be happy when I asked if the experience would make me patronize them again. She further threatened to call security on me. I really wished there’s anything worse than 1 star.
Avoid Aldo (Katy mills) by all means.

Aldo is the worst shoe store that I have ever purchased from online and physical stores. This was my first time purchasing shoes from Aldo and it will be my last. I purchased shoes online from Aldo and that was a terrible mistake one pair that I ordered came dirty and worn the shoes were originally priced at $98.00 and was on sale for $75.00. I cannot believe that they would send customers dirty shoes without checking for quality control. What Business operates in this manner... horrible . I am done and will NEVER order from them again and this was my first time... I will take my business and money some where else... and sadly before this happened I was looking at another possible pair of sandals now absolutely NOT!!!!

Sandalias no estan mal, pero no son ligeras como dicen. Muy malo que todos tenemos en hueso en pies y no es correcto poner unos accesorios de metal justo sobre este hueso. Hace mucho daño y para andar imposible.

No me hace ninguna gracia con color que tenemos ir ahora a oficina de correos ( que tengo lejos) para devolver articulo, pagar 12 euros por devolver articulo que nunca puedo utilizar.

Disappointed with Customer Service and Lost Package
I had a very disappointing experience with ALDO’s online store. My order was supposedly delivered on March 22nd, but I was never informed at the time. I only became aware after I contacted customer service on March 26th to follow up.
After several emails, they insisted the package was delivered and refused to offer a refund or take further responsibility. It feels like once the payment is made, the customer is no longer a priority.
This experience has left me without my order and without support. I expected more from a brand like ALDO and won’t be purchasing again

I ordered the pink glinda purse. It took about a month to get here and it's in pieces. I don't know how they managed to break the handle and bust the chains it comes with. It's dirty . Looks used. I wish I can post a picture. Even the bag it's supposed to come in is dirty and wrinkled.
