I have used this company twice so far and I have to say communication was great and after placing the order the goods came next day to my doorstep . I would definitely recommend that company and I will use it again.
Went above and beyond to source a ladder for me that I struggled to find elsewhere when I asked. The price too was very good especially when shipping to my remote location was considered. The customer service I received was excellent and they were attentive and kept me informed the whole time. Will definitely be using again.

I recently placed an online order for a set of Kraus combination ladders from Aldea Group UK. They had the best price I could find with free delivery (within 1 to 3 working days). Unfortunately this item was delivered by DX Freight. I got a text from DX Freight telling me my item would be delivered next day between 08:00 and 18:00. Waited in all day but no delivery and no text to explain what was happening. Next day they sent another text to say delivery would take place between 07:00 and 12:00 that same day. By 14:30 I began to wonder what was happening and decided to check outside my home. Lo and behold, there was a set of ladders lying against the side wall. I could see immediately that 3 rungs were damaged and that seemed the obvious reason why my doorbell was not rung, so I could not examine the item and sign the delivery note (as I was told to do by Aldea).
Eventually managed to get through to Marc via live webchat on the Aldea website. Despite problems my end in getting pictures of the damage, Marc was extremely helpful even to emailing me at 19:49 and 21:20 that same night to assure me a replacement would be sent next day. Sure enough, DX delivered new ladders and took away the damaged ones. Pity about the very poor handling of the original item but that was not the fault of Aldea. I have been extremely impressed by the very quick response to my complaint and the efficient way it has been dealt with. Top marks for Customer Service. I would have no hesitation in using Aldea group again! Thank you.
