To say that these guys are tenacious is an understatement. They never gave up on a problem that was really hard to solve. Rats and drain flies that had clearly been a problem for years. Collapsed sewers. Chewed through pipes. I had so many problems it was hard to know where to start. But step by step, through a thorough process of elimination they solved it.

It’s been hell but knowing they were always thinking of the next step and offering solutions kept me going.

Now my home is rat and fly free and I can rest easy.

Pestology their partners are also amazing. They have decades of experience. Don’t go to anyone else. You’re wasting your time.

Very efficient and effective service. The office were extremely helpful in scheduling in the appointments at the requested times, the engineer was very professional and kept me updated.

Mark has to be the best technician I’ve worked with and I’ve used pest control for restaurants for almost 20 years. Consummate professional, always available, solves very tricky issues and doesn’t just talk the talk, actually always delivers. Wouldn’t look anywhere else than Mark!

First appointment easy to schedule and one of the operators very professional but everything else was a nightmare. Once the payment was done for the first appointment (so once the company received the money), follow-up appointments impossible to schedule, delay in replying, no clarifications about the services provided and multiple disservices. First report sent was missing some important information that caused further delays and costs. I do not recommend this company

We are a large housing provider we use Albany when we need a gold star service. I can confirm that this company is professional,thorough and extremely knowledgeable about all pests. They can also provide a bespoke service e.g. drain surveys to deal with rodent infestations in properties I cant recommend this company enough.

Albany came out to look at a suspected rat infestation. The operative was really knowledgeable and took his time looking everywhere thoroughly. Everyone that I have spoken to at the company has been helpful and I have been really impressed with this company.

Excellent response. I ordered a first set of 3 treatments which resulted in rodents being found and removed. And then I ordered a one-off for further removal of rodents and it was done on the same day. Excellent service for what is an increasingly common problem.

I asked Albany to attend a rodent issue in my tenanted property. They were quick to take the money but not so quick to do follow-up visits. I had no communication following initial inspection and had to chase. I followed up on phone - follow-u visits still unclear.....

I have used Albany twice now. The first experience was brilliant. However, the more recent visit was average - we booked a programme of 3 visits. Each time a different person attended and had no idea what the previous person had done - I.e. where the mouse traps were, which holes had been filled in, which area had the problem etc

Great service and everyone was very helpful. Due to covid I was unable to leave the house during the week so they were able to provide the service outside work hours. Communication was great too, highly recommend :)
