Alam’s Beautiful Blinds Anmeldelser

I have just had my house renovated, I knew exactly what I wanted, the team went above and beyond to meet my requests. Very happy with my blinds and have already recommended to my friends and family. Thank you

Nice blinds....nothing special.....just nice. But about 200% overpriced. Just a ripoff really. Dont use this company. Shop around, but dont use this comany 👍

I'm happy with the blinds and the deal I got from the company. They have done a great job at fitting the blinds.. I would highly recommend

The customer service was really good and the blinds were good quality.

Moved into my new home over Christmas and I was really impressed with the service from the agent that came out, no hard selling. Simple, straightforward and prompt. Had my blinds fitted within 3 days of placing my order. The guy who came to fit was experienced and even cleaned up after himself. 👍🏻

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

Excellent customer service, and amazing blinds. From start to finish the service was fast, friendly and I would absolutely recommend Alam’s Beautiful Blinds to anyone.
Thank you again for helping me make my house a home.

I purchased my blinds from Alams beautiful blinds last year and love them that much I have decided to use the company again for my new property. The fabric is amazing quality and their Roman blinds really make for a statement piece in your home. The customer service was 5*, all staff members I had contact with were very helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

Very nice blinds.good prize and good material

Very reliable company, had 3 quotes from other blind companies and at the end Alams beautiful blinds came and managed to beat all the other prices, and also managed to work around my strange bay window. Young chap turned up early and done a great job! Will be using again once my extension is done in summer 👍

Quality blinds and service to match. Would recommend to family. 👍

You want the best quality blinds for the cheapest price this is the company to go for, I had many quotes and they beat all of them I would highly recommend and they fit within couple of days of purchase.

Had my blinds fitted a few weeks ago. Salesman was pleasant and not pushy. The guy who came to fit was equally nice. My home looks so much better Would recommend.

Reasonably priced and very professional would recommend 👌

Booked for someone to come measure my windows for blinds between 5-7pm to then have the person who would be coming to measure ring me and say can you be home earlier i need you to be i can not be there for the time you have booked.

I replied no sorry i work until 5 for him then to put the phone down

He then text me with the following “Wen u r there early possibly ring me”

Which is disgusting customer service before they even got to our house avoid at all costs

Unprofessional from start to finish. The salesman said the price he quoted was only for that day. My husband was out and I felt quite intimidated into ordering. I'd called them after receiving a leaflet stating conservatory blinds for £199.00. My quote was £850.00! I said I couldn't afford that much and he brought the price down to £550.00 instantly. He insisted I paid a £100 deposit there and then....I paid it as I felt under so much pressure!!! When my husband came back I told him what had happened. We decided to cancel the order. We called them 1 hour after the salesmans visit and they said it was too late as the order was already being made....the date for fitting they gave us wasnt for 3 weeks! When they came to fit them the man spoke very little English and the colour and pattern of the blinds definitely wasnt what I'd chosen but the fitter said he didn't understand what I was saying! Funny how he was able to convey that though! In summary I'll never use this company again! Also if your easily intimidated like me, have somebody else there so they dont pressure you into making a decision you'll end up regretting because based on my experience you definitely will!

Very happy with the service from start to finish after very courteous and polite Haroon did a great job of fitting my blinds today.

Fitted blinds in my house priced over £600 and charged half price
They measured 2 out of the 4 blinds short and made one rail short
Its been over 2 weeks and still not sorted keep passing from.one person to another then the managers refuse to speak to you
