It was my First time buying from al Murad Hayes and wow the selections of tiles were incredible and the service I received from ray was exceptional! He helped me pick the perfect tiles and even added in a discount which I wasn’t excepting. Also the other member of staff were very welcoming. I would highly recommend this branch
