I bought the “buy two get one free” and…
I bought the “buy two get one free” and received them in October 2025, it is February 2026 and two of them have cracked where the top joins the arm so badly that they won’t stay connected. The sad part is that they really do work to clear my lungs. If they were durable I’d use them always, such a shame they are so cheaply made. I contacted them and after I sent the picture I never heard from them again.
It’s now March and I just got an email from AirPhysio wanting the #’s on the boxes, which I had and pictures of the broken pieces, which I had. Ball is in their park, hopefully they will make good on this product. I will update if and when they do.
Trish just emailed me again for my address so hopefully this is a reputable company that does stand behind their product. I will update and change my rating when I receive replacements.

I just received two new AirPhysio devices, I couldn’t be happier with this outcome. Hopefully I was just sent a bad batch and these will hold up for a long time, I will certainly come back and let everyone know if these break. Thank You AirPhysio for doing the right thing, I appreciate it.

This Air Physio is natural and effective. It is a professional looking device. I wouldn't be ashamed to use it in public, except it often induces coughing. I have upper respiratory problems. I wouldn't say it is extremely powerful. The price varies so shop around.

I've had my airphysio device for a few years. I only use it when I have really congested lungs because of a bad cold & it always gets me coughing up mucus immediately upon use. It's been so helpful in those circumstances, bring up the mucus is a great relief. Glad I bought it.

Great drug free device
I bought my device through the airphysio site. It arrived quickly and no worries. I have mucus problems which baffled the doctor who prescribed an inhaler and cough bottle. Neither did any good so whilst searching on the Internet I came upon airphysio. It is fantastic and cured my mucus up. Last year I had to have surgery and before that had a pulmonary test which indicated that I may have asthma in my lower lung but she also said I take in a lot of oxygen on my in breath. I told her I was using it and she said whatever I was doing was really helping me. They don't like to promote it as drug companies make no money from it. I don't use it all the time unless I feel I need it. It's great.

Seems a bit suss!
Ordered this on line 6 days ago. I only ordered 1 device but was sent 2 devices instead for a total cost of $AU 177.97! I emailed them and found them to not being helpful & no explanation given as to why I'd received 2 devices! All emails were NOT from AUSTRALIA! Buyer beware when ordering online! Not happy! 😡😡😡

I was so excited to order the AirPhysio…
I was so excited to order the AirPhysio and couldn't wait to receive it! After some delay and a reported back order situation, I reached out to customer service to check on the status of my order. I was met with the most caring supportive staff that kept me up to date on the status of the back order. When the product was finally available they expedited my shipping for no additional cost! When I received the product I began using it immediately and found relief for my mucus build up in my lungs after the first use. I was amazed! Don't waste your time or money
I am unable to provide a review on the product because it never arrived. I contacted the company to receive several excuses, the product was backordered (and we didn't bother to tell the customer), shipping delays, etc. When ypu ask for a refund they ignore you and tell you to stop replying to their emails and submit an email to their general email account. I will now have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Avoid this company!
