Goods arrived promptly but company impossible to contact
The goods arrived promptly and are working well. However I had a query about the items and sent an e-mail to them since no phone number available but they failed to respond. How they claim 100% customer satisfaction I do not know!

It seems your order has been returned by DPD due to 'noone being present' at time of delivery. Your emails have come through and have been replied to but delivery may be failing - please contact us on support@aimtools.co.uk if you would like us to arrange a replacement? Thank you.
…Orazio 50 litre compressor
Price was good but delivery was a bit slow. The product information was a very poorly printed A5 page. The compresser seems all there and noise wise pretty good. Only takes 2 mins to fill to 100psi. Reliability and performance I can't comment yet.

18v transfer pump
pumps well, be even nicer if the battery holder would hold a makita battery without a massive struggle or fairly extensive modification. Other than than, just what I was looking for.

Replacement Grinder
Replacement item
I purchased a mini grinder which is perfect for the hobbies , in my case recycling pallets into birdhouses for local charities and schools
It suddenly stopped after 4 months , I really rely on this grinder it’s perfect for the requirements
Zeina got back in touch , offered a free replacement , as long as I covering postage
4 days later new grinder ( with additional attachments ) delivered
Fantastic customer service , went above and beyond , considering eBay suppliers can be hit or Miss I am really impressed with this back service and company
Highly recommend
