Ajibola Sule got back to me very quickly and had all of the information I had requested compiled and compared for me. They have helped me over the past 2 renewals and I would highly recommend them .
The only thing I would change is that I wish AIB MS would reach out to me at renewal time and not me having to contact them first.

My problem was dealt with extremely efficiently and the customer service agent Aji was excellent.

I literally was Colm Harmons trickiest customer for June July 2025. He was so patient so understanding of our very small family business and the age profile of the isers 89, 76 and a mere 55 year old!! But we got there and then his attention and follow up were fantastic.

Amanada and the team with AIB merchants are brilliant to work with. Very quick to respond to emails and arrange rental card machines for our business all delivered within a few days. Very happy with the customer service we receive.
