I've been using the Age control moisturizing cream for a bit over a week now; It's hydrating, Rich and overall feels great on the skin. I'll be ordering more during the cyber week sale regarding the aftershave care and gel.
Feedback on the Extreme Day & Night treatment has been overwhelmingly positive, It's very hydrating and only requires a little amount for full coverage.
Delivery was a little over a week to Australia, Products arrived well packaged - Prices are a bit more up there, Though I'd suggest trying them during a sale for the first time.
Products are fantastic. My skin tone has changed and my face looks younger and smoother. I’ve never had any problems with any of their high quality products. I am a huge fan!
Bad customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for a week. They first said they would send a return label, which they didn't. They then said they cannot provide a return shipping label. I am still waiting to know how I should get my refund.

Great Experience! Great Products! I made a mistake on my order and emailed customer service for assistance. It took a couple days, but they responded and made the adjustment promptly and without any problem at all. The AHAVA products are wonderful!!! The Hydration Cream Mask is a favorite along with the Dead Sea Crystal Osmoter X6 and the Dermud Intensive Body Lotion. Looking forward to trying some of the other serums.
I placed items in my bag and went into checkout to see the cost and ding ding it charged me $170 for items I didn't even want great job AHAVA !!!! I have tried endlessly to chat or contact a human being, with no luck !!! Never again will I shop here!.

After my recent experience with Ahava 's customer service, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I had trouble placing an order and getting free shipping as advertised on their website. I ended up having to pay for additional items that I didn't want. When I reached out to Ahava for help, not only didn't they try to resolve the issue and be of service, but also they were rude and dismissive.
To add insult to injury, I received an email from Ahava's CEO thanking me for my purchase. That e-mail stated that free shipping applied to purchases of $50 or more-- which is not consistent with what is stated on Ahava's website (that is, you need to spend $69 or more to get free shipping). When I pointed this out in my message to Ahava's "customer support", they wrote back, first stating that I was wrong about the $50 amd that it was $69. Later they wrote, telling me that the e-mail I received hadn't been updated. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and RUDE.
Once I receive the items I ordered, I plan to return at one or more of them since customer service refused to help me. My order hadn't shipped, yet they said they couldn't make changes. I wouldn't have a problem with that, but they didn't offer a solution or try to help in any way. The rudeness is inexcusable as well. It's a shame because I love their products. They need to get their act together and provide better service. At the very least, they need to have a phone number for customer service and actually help customers.
UPDATE (4/10/2023): I have exchanged half a dozen emails with Ahava customer support regarding he return of two items, but have gotten no real help. Despite their statement on their website and in messages concerning my order saying that they would be more than happy to help, it isn't true. They take your money and hassle you when you ask for help with returns. Nowhere on their website does it state that customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, either. Because Ahava has stopped communicating with me and hasn't followed up on their last message sent over a week ago, I feel compelled to file a dispute with my bank and PayPal. It's a hassle, but Ahava's very poor way of doing business has left me with no other choice.
2nd UPDATE (April 20, 2023): I've upgraded my rating from one star to three stars. Ahava responded to the dispute initiated by PayPal. It agreed to credit my account, not only for the two items I wanted to receive,but also for the other items in my order. So I received a full refund plus a 30% discount code for a future order. While I am pleased with the resolution of my issue, I'm still not happy I had to deal with this problem in the first place.
Ahava claims to have a 30 day return policy. In order to return a product, you have to email them thru their website. I purchased a product on 12/7/22 and 12/17/22 and I don't like either of the products. I have sent them at least 10 emails but not one person from customer service has responded. They don't take phone calls and I can't even find their address. This company not only has bad customer service; apparently they have no customer service. They are not honoring their customer service policy. Don't trust them.

Do not order anything from this website!! The quality is terrible & I paid alot for a bday gift wich broke after she wore it a short time!!! So embarrassing & humiliating!!! I wasted 150. & had to buy her another gift!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Horrible customer service!! They basically called me a liar. I checked the boxes for three different free samples when I ordered my purchase online. I never received them. The only thing in the box was my purchase. I emailed about the samples and instead of just sending them out they instead said “We don’t let our customers choose samples they are just automatically put in with their purchase”. I guess my wording was wrong when I said I chose my samples I meant to say I chose to get three free samples but got nothing. I hate when companies do this Sephora also doesn’t send the samples that you take your time choosing. Yes they are free samples but I still want them I spend a lot of money on skin care products and I’d like free samples!!! I will never ever again buy anything from this company with their rude customer service!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrific customer service. It takes days to hear back and they don’t answer their phone. I placed an order and their system did an auto-correct of my address. I emailed them and 4 days later was told order would have to be cancelled. After waiting another 3 days I followed up and was told “sorry, we can’t cancel it. It has already shipped.” This was fine by me and I called UPS to verify the address issue. The day my order was on the truck for delivery, Ahava requested it returned to sender. I emailed them but again, it took 3 days for a response. In this day and age when there are countless options for beauty products, it’s really astounding that a company shows this level of disregard for customers. I have been buying their products since 1995 when I discovered them in Israel. When Ulta recently stopped stocking them in store, I decided to start ordering directly. Big mistake. Wish I had known years ago how rude they are.

Took over two weeks to receive half of my order. No tracking, no processing updates, it just showed up one day... Also, no explanation why only half was shipped, contacted them, took another week to get a response that the missing item is on backorder, and I will receive it the following week... Three more weeks went by, emailed them once every week, asking them to update me on the missing item, no response. Horrible customer service. Decent moisturizers, but I can't justify giving my business to a company that treats its customers this way... Many other better options are out there!
I bought around 160 euros products with a 40% discount. I didn't receive all the items, and their customer service simply disappeared after replying they would investigate. I doublechecked the discoubt applied and discovered that they didn't apply the claimed 40%, but only 38%!!! I trusted the site and didn't make exact calculations upon placing the order: my fault!!
I will never never buy again from their website!
Placed an order for a substantial amount of products, waited the time they advise on their website and still no confirmation that it was sent, it kept saying “processing”. I emailed to ask where it was/approximate timeframe and they tell me it will be processed ASAP. I email again to ask for a timeframe and then I’m told they have CANCELLED my order and want me to repurchase! (Without any of the discounts I had which is why I purchased so much in the first place!). Unacceptable, no explanation, no compensation for their incompetence and they want me to purchase again? Extremely disappointing and a lack of customer service.

I still need an explanation to how my personal phone number got to be confused with the ahava customer service exactly when I became a client . I hope they come back with a serious explanation because this makes me think that they'rere not handling data with care..
