Arrived on time

The part arrived very quickly and was easy to order. A sight negative is it's the third bracket I have needed for an otherwise brilliant dash cam / speed trap detector.

Ordering was very easy and to my surprise the item is ordered was delivered the very next day . Outstanding service .

Easy to find specs and order online.
Problem getting wi-fi initially. Found solution online regarding setting time via network NOT GPS. Needs this information from Aguri

The GTX arrived as promised well packaged and on time. After reading the user manual then scanning through the menu I found it was easy to configure the relevant info. Just one drawback was the missing hard wire cable, after a phone call to aguri the lead was delivered in a couple of days. I am well pleased with the polite service I got, just to mention that there are free updates for the GTX90.

Ive used one of you sat nav for a while now and it does what it should do as an h gv driver i recommended them to new drivers as im now a driver development coach but still use the aguri spot on

A great product but yet to try it out properly.
First class on delivery and so fast

Quick and speedy service. Ordered and received item in 48 hours.
However the design of the connection lead is disappointing should be on the side or bottom of dash cam as it can block view on windscreen.

Following my review last week, we have managed to buy an sd card, use someone’s computer to connect to the satnav and update the new software update, only to spend another few hours trying to update the maps using some else’s wifi and getting constant error messages which we didn’t understand saying we couldn’t connect to the wifi, that that the “certificate” wasn’t authenticated, and other things we did not understand. Finally when we phoned for help it turned out the Aguri server was down and would’t be up and running for several days by which time we would be abroad with no fixed wifi and without the crucial maps we need to navigate. The Aguri website does not flag up the issue so we have wasted days trying to sort the matter out. We will probably have to try and buy a different satnav by next day delivery or risk being stranded as we have a motorhome and rely on the specialist navigation help that you can’t get on google maps. We have been well and truly let down by Aguri and for this reason they only get 1 star as it’s no good having a good satnav that you can’t use.

quick and easy postage - formating a bit more dificult

Ordering was straightforward and delivery was very good considering it was a bank holiday.
The pressure washer was boxed nicely and there wasn’t any damage, overall very pleased and would happily recommend.
