It's difficult to articulate just how great a trainer Melanie Franklin is.
I have attended three of her courses over the years. She has the memory of an elephant, and her delivery style if conversational and engaging. Will definitely be applying everything I learnt.
One tip - Do the pre-course reading! It will improve your experience as well as aid your learning :)

Thank you to Melanie for being an excellent coach and mentor during our 2 days. Melanie's delivering was engaging and provided a forum for everyone to contribute and share their reflections. Thanks again.

This was a great course & I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their understanding & application of change management.

It was the perfect blend of interactive conversations and learning the theory. Mel brought the course to life, pulling on her expertise and past experiences.

I feel better equipped returning to my role and feel much more confident in using change language, tools and methodologies.

I really enjoyed my change management practitioner course with Melanie. So much so I am sending a member of my team on the same course next month.

I was wary of the course being almost a week long on zoom but it was very engaging and interactive. Mel is a great teacher and not only teaches to the course curriculum but gives practical insights and tips to take into your daily work in managing change.

Melanie, you are amazing at what you do! Your passion and dedication are beyond words! Thank you for getting me through the Agile Change Management course. I couldn't have had a better learning experience.

Melanie's course is highly interactive and delivered in a very comprehensive manner. She is a very thoughtful trainer who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material. Her training was very engaging, authentic and she was always encouraging us to try and challenge our thoughts! She is patient and eager to help. I'm thrilled to have found her! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in learning or following a career in Change Management.

Thank you so much once again!

I really enjoyed training with Melanie. Melanie's knowledge of the course was obvious to see from the outset and so having her as my trainee was a very valuable experience. The real life examples she gave us made understanding of the material much easier, giving us a feeling of how we'd apply certain things into different scenarios. She was very open to any questions we may have and always did her best to make sure we understood everything which I greatly appreciated.

Melanie is definitely the most knowledgeable and passionate trainer out there. Throughout the course, it's clear she practices everything she teaches, through accounting for all learning styles and preferences, gathering and implementing feedback, and providing clear and relevant practical examples to illustrate the more conceptual topics. There is so much value added by learning with Melanie and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Melanie teaches from a place of passion and is truly concerned and invested in you truly understanding the content. She facilitates intellectual discussion that will support you during your learning. She will also push you and help guide you in your personal development within the short time you have with her. It was a pleasure to learn from Melanie and if you have the opportunity to, take it as it a valuable learning experience.

Will you feel like you can't keep up with Melanie? Yes!
But will you learn a lot from her real life experiences and connections? Definitely.
She keeps the course very practical and relevant, so, by the end of your course, not only will you feel prepared and comfortable to undertake your exams, you will be glad that you went through that journey with her rather than anyone else.

Informative presentation with real life scenarios that we could relate to. Being able to work with others across various sectors was useful. Melanie was enthusiastic and made herself available for questions, encourage dialogue.

Great course, well delivered. The only feedback is for the break-out sessions to be given a time limit so the groups know what they are working towards - you never quite knew when you would be getting bumped out of a virtual room.

Great 2 days- Melanie is really engaging and shares a wealth of practical knowledge and experience throughout the course. I feel far more competent in supporting change in my organisation after completing the two days- thank you!

Excellent training course! Exceeded my expectations! Melanie has a talent of explaining the concepts of agile change in a manner that really makes it easy to understand. The book is an excellent resource and she provides excellent templates and examples that you can easily apply within your own organization.

The energy, passion and experience Melanie brings to the course really brings it to life and makes the two day course fly by!

I really enjoyed the course! Mel is passionate and knowledgeable about all things change management as well as agile. She provided us with interesting and tailored course content together with excellent support for the exam. Would recommend!

I had the best learning experience in the Agile Change Management course with Melanie Franklin as instructor. The course was interactive, lots of relevant sharing of experiences and opportunity to practice learnings in breakout groups. The content was “deep” or thorough – seemed to have covered everything to make one a confident and competent agile change agent. Melanie delivered the content with conviction and energy; sharing lots of stories and giving examples to bring the material to life -- making it practical and applicable to any change. This has been one of the best trainings I have attended. I left with the desire to want to master the subject and apply it.

Having just completed the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Course with Melanie, I am once again awed by level of training provided and the manner in which it is delivered. Melanie is truly a consummate trainer and I am ready to book any session with her. Training is delivered in a practical and engaging manner with lots of fun, which helps it to take root. There is a high level of expertise and experience that Mel shares very freely with the group. Even if you doubt yourself, Mel's style is so calming and genuine it puts you at ease and assists in directing your focus. Highly recommend!!

Melanie delivered an excellent agile change course which was interesting, inspiring and provided a wealth of knowledge, techniques and information. Her extensive change experience across the globe provided lively stories that brought the theoretical learning to life and demonstrated its application in the real world.
