I don't normally do review but these guys actually went beyond to satisfy me... I shipped with them on 5th of April to UK, and it got UK on the 8th of April but what really impressed is the way they keep you updated all the way. Shout out to the customer service team...

False advertising. False promises. Hidden charges. worst shipping experience ever. Sea shipping took 7months as against 8-12 weeks on their page and promised verbally by different staff. No compensations as promised. This organisation has integrity issues. Use them at your own risk.

Someone recommended AfricanIES to have my brother ship an iPhone to me from Belgium. I used their AirExpress service, and I got my phone within 3 days. The only surprise I had was the payment demanded by Nigerian customs, which I can't really blame them, it's more of a Nigerian thing.

I sent an item to UK using their aircargo service, I didnt just got a first time discount, i think about 10-15% off, i also got my items delivered on time

Run away from this company. It's a scam. I liat money on shipping and merchandising. No progress of where my package now, I don't know if it's shipped, no one to call , no contact. I wished I found the trusted pilot before I did a business with Africanies. IT'S SCAM!!!@@

Can trustpilot introduce zero star rating for companies like this? A classic example of saying one thing and doing the other. Please run away from this service when it comes to shipping to Nigeria. Thier focus have shifted to export and have zero interest in import to Nigeria. I think that's where the problem lies. 7-14 days is a joke. If you have used other shipping companies, you would understand the severity of thier failures. Highly incompetent! Please just pay extra and use reputable shipping companies and save yourself AfricanIES headaches.

Trust pilot wont let me do zero stars, i paid $1150 to ship my item to Nigeria, they advertise 7 - 14 days shipping period fast forward its been 2 MONTHS!!!!!! my $5k package isn't still with me. PLS RUN from them, go use another shipping company

I am writing this review to warn future customers about the appalling service I received, which I would rate zero stars if Trustpilot allowed it.
I used this service to ship a phone I purchased on eBay. The item arrived at their warehouse on October 20, 2025. This is where the nightmare began.
Communication Blackout and Scam Risk:
For days, every single channel of communication was incommunicado. I could not reach them by phone or email. My desperate search for a contact number led me to a scammer on their social media page (X/Twitter), which cost me time and effort. It is alarming that their lack of accessibility resulted in me becoming vulnerable to external scams while attempting to contact them.
False Fees and Coercion:
When I finally managed to make contact, I was initially billed an exorbitant $100 shipping fee. They assigned a false, inflated weight to the item. After several frustrating back-and-forth exchanges where I protested the weight, they grudgingly reduced the fee to $78, which I paid on October 23, 2025. The final charge was completely different from their advertised rate, and I was forced into paying it, as they refused to return my item, giving me an ultimatum: pay the inflated fee or forfeit my property.
Extreme Delays and Damaged Guarantee:
I was promised a delivery time of 7-14 days. Today, November 30, 2025—over five weeks later—I am yet to receive my package. While they claim the item is "in Lagos," I am based in Edo state, and there has been no movement or final delivery update.
Most critically, this excessive delay has completely devoured the money-back guarantee period provided by eBay for the faulty screen (which was the original issue with the item). I have now lost my right to return the defective phone because of this company's profound incompetence and delay.
I wholeheartedly regret using this company. They are not only incommunicado and expensive but their handling of my shipment resulted in the loss of my consumer rights. I do not recommend their services to anyone and plan to delete my account the moment, and if, I ever receive my item.

To my surprise, I received everything well-packaged and perfectly intact. Their service is smooth, affordable, and their website is super easy to use. I can now confidently shop from the U.S. without worries.
