I've ordered from this store many times, and everything was always fine. But this time I ordered sneakers. I didn't receive an email notification that they had arrived. So I didn't have time to pick them up from the post office within 5 days, after which they were taken back to the store. I've written to them numerous times about wanting them to send me back the sneakers, but after receiving no response, I ordered the exact same sneakers again and now I've picked them up. But they're not responding at all about a refund for the first sneakers! My messages are simply left unanswered. So it turns out that the money for the first sneakers I ordered is with the store, and the goods are also with the store. So I'm left with nothing! And they apparently don't intend to respond to my emails at all.

Very poor return experience, but product as advertised.

First thing, UPS as carrier is the absolutely worst carrier by far (Denmark). Avoid any store using UPS as carrier! As a default the parcel will be delivered to your home - not ideal for people who live in locked apartments and are at work. Even though I changed the delivery method to a pick-up point, the parcel was delivered to my home address. Because I was not at home, and the outer door is locked, they took the parcel with them. That delayed the delivery with 3 days. You can't call, write or in any way get in contact with UPS. I couldn't track my parcel. Horrible experience every time.

Then I need to return the product. That cost me 23 EUR(!). I am not sure AFEW is going to accept my return as their return deadline (as stated on the info sheet provided in the parcel) is less that the 14 days promised in their return polices. I don't know if this has something to do with UPS delivering the package later than expected. The information provided by the store for returns are not sufficient for standard return information, at least in Denmark. I have done everything I can and hope it's enough.

The product was exactly as advertised, and props for good pictures and description on the website. The product was too small, and that of course is my own fault! But all in all, bad experience due to delivery and returning the package - and a return cost of 23 EUR alone makes it not worth buying from AFEW again. Hope the return goes through, otherwise I've just wasted 100 EUR. :((

Ich habe vor kurzem Schuhe bestellt, die Schuhe wurden schnell geliefert und es hat alles gepasst.

Schnelle Bearbeitung und bei Probleme ist der Support sofort da und hilft einen.
Hatte bei einem raffle teilgenommen aber leider die falsche Größe bestellt. Habe dann per Mail um eine Stornierung gebeten. Das war kein Problem und mein Geld wurde sofort zurückerstattet.
Auch die Bearbeitung von Bestellungen geht sehr schnell.

Ich habe ein Paar Schuhe bestellt, jedoch war die Zustellung fehlerhaft – entweder wurde die falsche Größe geliefert oder das Paket war falsch frankiert. Infolgedessen wurde die Bestellung wieder an den Absender zurückgeschickt und ich sollte die Lieferkosten erneut bezahlen.

Daraufhin habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Trotzdem wurden mir nun Versandkosten von der Rückerstattung abgezogen.

Das empfinde ich als sehr schlechten Service, da der Fehler nicht bei mir lag.

Super schneller Versand, top Ware!!!

***UPDATE*** The store now agrees to pay for return shipping (only - but still not the original shipping cost).

AFEW delivered Converse shoes with production defects: B-stock item sold as A-stock (w. no special remark).

Now AFEW will only refund the faulty item - but not any shipping cost at all. Zero!

Shameless behaviour (Extremely disappointing).

Ich kann AFEW nicht weiterempfehlen und rate ausdrücklich davon ab, dort zu bestellen.

Ich habe zunächst ein Paar Nike Air Force 1 in Größe 44 bestellt und zur Größenabsicherung dasselbe Modell zusätzlich in Größe 43. Das Paar in Größe 44 habe ich behalten und regulär bezahlt, Größe 43 fristgerecht retourniert.

Die Schuhe wurden ausschließlich zu Hause anprobiert. Der Erhalt der Rücksendung wurde bestätigt, die Rückerstattung jedoch verweigert. Die Begründungen wechselten im Verlauf: zunächst angebliche Verschmutzungen an den Sohlen, später leichte Falten im Leder („Creasing“) und angebliche Gebrauchsspuren im Inneren. Die angekündigte Rücksendung der Schuhe an mich erfolgte zudem erst deutlich verzögert.

Beim Lesen weiterer Bewertungen auf Trustpilot habe ich - leider erst im Nachhinein - festgestellt, dass dort mehrfach sehr ähnliche Erfahrungen geschildert werden.

Ordered with ease and delivered to UK. Slight delay from UPS which was annoying but arrived only 2days later than expected. No extra custom costs incurred, although that might have been a bit of luck on my part.

Fake. Ordered a Fear Of God Essentials Hoodie. Quick shipment. However, tracking info showed if coming from someone with a middle eastern name from some sketchy residential neighborhood in California.

Hoodie was in a generic plastic bag, not the opaque bag their hoodies typically come in. Material felt different and fit different than other hoodies from that same collection.

Giving two stars due to how quickly they sent a return label and refunded me, even though they tried to convince me it was authentic and couldn’t explain discrepancies I had.

DO NOT BUY from these crooks! I would give this website zero stars if it was an option! I bought a "Esentials Fear of God" sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas. The lettering is already peeling off...indicating that this is NOT an authentic Essentials product! I have purchased Essentials sweatshirts from other retailers and never had an issue...even after two years of wash and wear! AFV Clothes is refusing to refund my money! What a waste of a website $120 sweatshirt that lasted less than a month! Must be a Temu product! DO NOT BUY from these crooks!
