Ferry cancelled .. they were running an alternative service clearly to fill the boat. At counter there was an element of dishonesty ferry just cancelled as reason due to rough sea. While it was clear alternate ferry were cancelled. They refused to move to another company ferry a not their problem … disappointed and poor service …. surprised to see they sent for feedback..
Staff were very help it is the first time we used a ferry and use again

Extremely good trip to France and back, the ticket price was very cheap and the club lounge is cheaper and better food too than in the other ferry’s on the same journey.

The boat was very clean, the staff friendly & helpful. The food looked very good but unfortunately was cold. Overall I would happily recommend friends to use this service

Not use often Irish Ferries but always a bit late. Not a problem for me when on holiday
This particular ferry seemed very tired and not very clean in places, but Managable for the short crossing .
Slick service and prompt departure
Prices quoted in GBP but money taken out from account was in Euros so incurred fees. Not impressed.
Sehr viel Angebot und jede Menge Platz, da fast leer.
All good, pet lounge was a great facility. Only downside was massive queues to get through French passports on arrival, making whole experience very stressful as thought we would miss our ferry
