AFC Home Warranty Anmeldelser

All I have received is a receipt for the money I paid and an email that has a payment schedule. No contract or plan information.

Fast and good communication and pricing

Richard was most helpful in comparing different plan options and seemed to genuinely care about helping me to decide which one was the best and most affordable. He was so patient with all my questions, not just trying to talk me into spending money for coverage I didn’t need.

Very personal & understanding. The rep was not aggressive and let me make my own decision.

I am canceling even before it starts because I read the policy and there are things in there that I don’t agree with. I’m waiting for someone to call me back regarding my refund.

Jesse Goldsmith knows this product and answered every question even those I didn’t think of asking. Hope he is still around for a long time in case I need help.

I like the fact that I can get my preferred contractors to fix my problems. Dealing with Richard was also a deciding factor...he was great to deal with.

Communication poor about what services offered

Patrick was helpful, patient and thorough explaining the plans and features included in the different plans.

The knowledge and helpfulness of the service rep.

Excellent customer service, and the plan is perfect for my house, with low prices, a small down payment, followed by low monthly payments, which impresses me the most. My warranty is for 3 years, but I'm only paying for 2, so you get one free year - you can't beat that.

I talked to kevin he was very though with the plan I needed

Great customer service

The purchase through the website was easy as could be. Braedon Jones followed up immediately and resolved all of my questions.

Kevin our agent was awesome, explained everything perfectly. I feel more at ease now I’m getting ready to retire and feel much better now that we are covered.

The staff was so helpful. The entire process was very easy.

Fast, knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. Prompt receipt of information and clear instructions and contract.
