I was looking at the possibility of getting a loan on 3/28/26 and had the pleasure of talking to Kareem. Not only was he friendly and polite but very knowledgeable and most of all understanding! I've got some mental issues yet he was so patient first and foremost waiting for me to figure out the right words to say and getting him the information he needed. Even though I was turned down for the loan he stayed very diligent in his duties! I highly recommend this employee and hope I get to speak with him for any future needs.

I am happy to say that my experience with AF was a very pleasant one . The store was very clean and the employees were friendly and happy to help. Very professional. My account was set up by an exceptional young lady named Tierra who did not make me feel at all uncomfortable in what could be an uncomfortable situation. I would recommend your services to anybody who finds themselves in the same situyation as did I. Thank you for your help.

The young man was very nice but apparently was not trained very well a lot of confusion and computer and other devices not working properly, I’m not sure what you guys base your loan amounts on but $750 dollars was a drop in a bucket to what I needed and your percentage rate are criminal highway robbery. So I went to Pinnacle bank and got what I needed at 3% interest rate.
