I have been putting off seeing a doctor for this particular issue. I felt completely at ease with Dr. Jimenez. He listened, explained everything in detail in a way that I understood. I now feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

focused, efficient, easy
I felt like it was very focused and efficient. The lines of communication were open and scheduling was easy. My clinician LaShawnda Gayden was flexible with my schedule and patient and kind. She answered my questions and was very informative. After years of trying to get evaluated this was a life saver!

Everyone needs a Judi!
After having only one initial appointment with my provider, I was having difficulty scheduling the follow up. I contacted customer support and was connected with Judi.
WOW JUDI! Judi was caring, really took the time to understand my issues, and resolved every blocker in our path. Her response time was impeccable and she got me straightened out very quickly. Judi is what customer service seems to be missing in virtual environments these days. I wish everyone had a Judi!

I would NOT recommend this company
I would NOT recommend this company. The first step in the process to set up a consultation was fine. I was able to make an appointment quickly and was diagnosed and prescribed.
It went downhill from there. My provider told me the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. For the next 72 hours I continued to check with my pharmacy to see if they had received it and was told no each time. After following up with the company I was told there was an issue with their prescription software and it would be resent shortly.
I then received a different message from the support team telling me that they're not allowed to prescribe stimulants in my state (Minnesota). This situation could have been easily avoided by checking the state that I provided when signing up.
They did refund my charges but I am rating 1 star because of the wasted time and lack of any outcome.

Great Experience! Very Fair Price!
Very, very good experience with Dr. Dorly Nerval. Whenever I had a question, or needed a refill or minor adjustment, Dr. Dorly would always choose the most efficient and cost effective path for me to get the help I needed. I never signed up for a subscription…
I never signed up for a subscription and never received emails indicating I would be charged a recurring monthly fee even if services weren't rendered. I found the charge when I checked my credit card today. When navigating the website, it's not possible to cancel, or even remove your credit card information. You have to email them. It feels scammy and I'm so disappointed in this company for deceiving people who are already in distress in the first place.

I was hesitant to try it out but the doctor made me feel less ashamed about ADHD and I was really impressed that supplements were offered as a solution for sleep. The receptive app is fairly easy to use.
