The only company that could fit us in at short notice, they arrived on time and loaded and unloaded quickly and professionally, they were a happy bunch who looked like they enjoyed working together. Alison at the office was very helpful and understanding of our predicament regarding exchange and completion which was only a few days. I was so impressed with Actual Removals. They fitted us in when no one else could help and the guys were so professional & helpful. We had no issues on the day or breakables. All our furniture & belongings were handled with care. Definitely recommended!

Would highly recommend Actual Removals, made our moving day completely stress free. Very friendly staff, both on the day and in the office.

Actual were actually brilliant! Had lots of problems getting a completion date agreed because my buyers solicitors kept failing to exchange contracts on time but Alison was fantastic and kept moving the date for me and was able to keep me in the loop with their availability, even getting me some extra packing boxes delivered. We eventually got there and on moving day the two guys were equally as brilliant. Everything loaded into the van efficiently and with minimal fuss, they dismantled everything that needed it, from beds, wardrobes and dining table. They took everything for me in the van. I paid the waiting fee waiver in case we over ran and I was glad I did because of yet another delay on the part of the buyers solicitors meant we didn't complete everything until 3pm. The guys got to work straight away and after some issues with the wardrobes which meant they had to take the doors off they eventually left at gone 6pm! Hard working, great customer service and efficient. I cannot recommend the team enough!

Lovely company

A prompt response to our request and a competitive quotation with the survey done via Watts App during lockdown.
Actual Removal did a marvellous job on the day packing up our worldly possessions and removing them to their storage unit while we find a new home. It was a seamless and cheerful operation.
Our storage costs are competitive too.

Overall stress was kept to the minimum. Staff were all helpful, friendly and worked really hard during the whole move. I was kept informed and there was good communication. Little to fault.
