I downloaded the AquaTune Lifetime so I could use on two devices. It worked fine on first device but would not activate on second device. I messaged Ace Thinker and within a few hours got a message from Jim with another activation code for second device, which worked a treat. I will be recommending AquaTunes to others as it is easy to use and becsuse of the fantastic and very quick customer service. Thank you Jim..!! 👍🙏

I bought music keeper from ace thinker 2 years ago. Yesterday I couldn't download music anymore and sent a message to AceThinker. I got a quick message from Jim, I had to delete my music keeper and he sent me a new link. Aqua tune. I installed it and entered my new code and was able to download my music again. Very good service and fast, worthy of 5 stars, thanks Jim.

This is a great software for downloading audio from news or video clips. It works well most of the time though it does have a few slight bugs now and then to work through such as downloads randomly stopping, but restarting the program has always been a simple fix for me. The customer service is top notch with quick responses and always have been able to help me the two times I've needed help. All around, this is definitely a 5 star program!

I was experiencing a problem where “VideoKeeper”, a program I'd bought a year before, suddenly stopped working with the site I most needed it for. I contacted AceThinker asking about a solution and their customer service specialist Jim Champion responded VERY promptly. Jim sent me a download link to “CleverGet”, a program to replace the one I had, and a new activation code, and it worked right away, with no extra charge even though it's a new program! Absolutely stellar service. Thank you, Jim and AceThinker!
Edit to add - I should mention that I've had occasion to contact AceThinker once before, with a question about the abovementioned VideoKeeper, and their customer service was equally prompt and helpful then as this time. 5 stars all the way.

I had purchased AcePDF lifetime license for 2 PCs. The 1st license activated while the 2nd did not. I contacted support and let them know the situation. Jim C. replied back requesting my order receipt. After sending him the receipt, in no time he sent me another code. I applied the code to the 2nd machine and it activated. Great customer service. Replied to my messages very quickly. Thanks Jim!

I was experiencing a problem with my Lifetime Activation code - a message appeared stating 'This activation code has been used' - which was bizarre, since I purchased the software over a year ago, for lifetime use... the same day I received responses from Jim C. (Customer Service Specialist - AceThinker Support Team) and Catherine F. (Manager of Business Dept.) with very clear instructions how to resolve this ie removed my current version and downloaded another product software via the new link sent to me. Once installed I used the new keycode to register my software... worked a treat, in no time whatsoever... fabulous service - thank you so much.

I use AquaClip and love it. Its a great product and their support is excellent.

I had to get AquaClip on a new machine, my old one died, the old license wasnt working. Once they verified my old purchase, they gave me a new license.

After using the AceThinker’s AquaTune Free Trial, I was so impressed with how well this application worked, it didn’t take long for me to purchase the “Personal - Lifetime” license for this app.
I love that if I see a video that I wish to keep for myself (such as a travel or how-to videos), AquaTune will download it quickly, whether it be 4K, 1080, or smaller sizes.

I also love to create personal music playlists, because the music I love is not the kind of music you can find on Apple, Amazon, or elsewhere. AquaTune allows me to download music from videos. The sound quality is great. The app is straight-forward regarding its use. You can also create bulk downloads which also complete quickly.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues when I tried to download the Free Trial version to test it out on my new computer, and with the key code that was emailed to me after purchasing AquaTune. Both issues were resolved expediently by one of their support team staff members (Jim).

I live in the U.S., so I fully expected to wait 24 hours to get a response, but both times I got a response within the same day. I got the response to my “key code” question within about 30 minutes, which completed my setup and enabled me to use their app immediately afterwards!

Also included with my purchase was an app called “Wind Cut” as a free gift for 1 year, which I haven’t tried yet, but once I do, I’ll provide a review for that as well.

If you’re on the fence about purchasing AquaTune, don’t be. If you encounter any issue, just contact the AceThinker Support Team and they’ll respond back with a solution.

Okay, here's the deal. I needed to archive some old tv show episodes from a particular streaming service for a project. The CleverGet software advertised it could do this, but I didn't want to purchase this software from it's official website because it didn't use PayPal. However, AceThinker also sells CleverGet keys, and they DO accept Paypal. So I gave them a chance! The ordering process went well, I got the software, and it did exactly as I needed.

Soon after, I found I needed to purchase two more licenses for additional CleverGet functionality, and I went through AceThinker again. One of these times, I ordered the wrong version. (I ordered a Windows version when I meant to order a Mac OS version of the key.) I contacted their support email, and they got me the replacement key easy, quickly, and without issue.
I was not familiar with AceThinker before this experience so of course I was a bit nervous, but I couldn't ask for a better result going through them.
So if you find yourself here reading this because you have those same concerns... for what it's worth, they came through for me and I have no qualms about purchasing through them again.

Jim provided outstanding customer service. I really love this app and I highly recommend it. If you're ever in the same situation I was in of recently purchasing a new computer and needed transfer your account. Please don't hesitate to contact the support team.

I downloaded the video recording programme, back in November 2023 but forgot to give a review. I've been using it about twice a month, since. Whilst not exactly intuitive, their Customer Service is prompt and spot-on, making the software very straight forward to use - once you know how, it's always obvious! :o) Consequently, I upgraded to a lifetime edition and have no regrets. It's ace, thank you! :o)

First, the PDF Converter Pro software is easy to use - no problems with editing and converting my PDF files. Glad I bought the lifetime license, and I do recommend the software. Second, AceThinker customer service is fantastic! Just days after my purchase, I had the unfortunate experience of losing all files on my laptop, including my new software, due to a motherboard issue. Jim C in customer service promptly responded to my plea for help and assisted with reinstalling my PDF Converter Pro software. Really appreciated that!
