Ik had een zeer specifiek horloge in gedachte en het bleek dat deze zaak het zou moeten hebben. Maar dat bleek niet het geval te zijn met een uitleg over de toenmalige status van het horloge. De optie was wachten op de volgende levering geheel afhankelijk van de leverancier van het desbetreffende merk wat ik niet bezwaarlijk vond, ik had geen haast. Na een kleine maand gewacht te hebben, is het horloge gearriveerd en ben ik sindsdien een zeer tevreden drager van een titanium Nivada Grenchen F77 met meteorieten wijzerplaat. Alon & team, bedankt!

Via chrono24 een offerte / inruil opgevraagd van mijn horloge , met foto's en duidelijke beschrijving . ( wel papieren , geen originele box , horloge in topstaat ( niet nieuw)
Wilde graag inruilen op horloge van ace , ze zeiden akkoord dan €250,00 bij betalen
Ik kom uit Tilburg naar Amsterdam gereden, had dit ook medegedeeld . Bij aankomst was degene die moest beslissen niet aanwezig , werd gebeld , en zei : horloge is niet nieuw ,heb ik ook gezegd. dus €900,00 bij betalen i.p.v. €250,00
En dan hopen dat je hapt omdat je uit Tilburg bent komen rijden .
Wat een trieste club dit bedrijf , erg doorzichtig en amateuristisch

At this point in my life, I can’t imagine buying a watch from anyone other than Ace Jewelers. Alon and his team at Ace (shout out to Dale) are committed to delivering a phenomenal end to end customer experience characterized by trust, extreme brand knowledge and dedication to getting the deal done.

Ace values loyalty and they want to build relationships that last a lifetime. This is my second higher end Omega and I was thrilled with the delivery, the updates and the direct contact with Alon (the CEO). What is unfortunately dying in today’s world is customer service and that feeling that you are special. I can say with zero hesitation that Alon and his team at Ace made me feel like a valued individual every step of the way – whether it was via phone, email or otherwise. It just doesn’t make sense to go anywhere else for your watch needs when you have a trusted partner who is committed to getting you what you want.

Let’s talk about the trust element. It’s not the easiest thing to send tens of thousands of dollars in advance to people over the internet. But with Ace? I don’t hesitate. Because of my existing relationship they offered to do a 50% deposit but because I trust them unequivocally, I sent the entire amount. They don’t play games so why should I? I love having this relationship and the peace of mind that comes with it. With Ace there are no hidden fees or costs. They quote you a price and they honor it.

I will also say that receiving the actual watch is a treasured experience from Ace, if you let them know it’s a special occasion, they will put the finishing bells and whistles to really elevate the experience. While I sadly can’t get a high-end watch every day, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Ace is as much as part of my experience as Omega. At this point I cannot separate them. Give them the opportunity to earn your business and you’ll see what you will never waste your time with anyone else.

It took a while to find the right butterfly buckle for my Zenith El Primero Grand Date and the only available were very expensive to buy outside the EU (Ukraine).

Therefore I contacted the brand dealer for Zenith in the Netherlands (Ace Jewelers in Amsterdam) via the website-app. I was very surprised by the friendly and quick reply, and it was indicated that they would look for me at the brand representative in the Netherlands. It was indicated that Zenith is, like Rolex, very popular nowadays where the supply doesn't meet the demand, but within 1 week there was already an answer from the Zenith in Switzerland.

After 1 month I am now the proud owner of an 18 mm. original Zenith SS-butterfly clasp which makes the dark blue alligator strap from watchbandspecialist.nl (also highly recommended ;) even more beautiful and all that for a fraction of the price via Chrono24 from Ukraine.

I bought 2 items and it’s been a year now and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve repeatedly sent emails and gotten no response. I’ve spent around $200 in items and I don’t know what to do.

I just received a Nomos Ludwig Duo from Ace Jewelers. The whole experience was pleasant, easy and trouble free. All my interactions were through email and the online contact form. I received quick responses and I think the time space continuum was broken somehow, I got this watch so fast.
