We are 4 adults over 60yrs who travelled to Vietnam for 1 week and Cambodia for 1 week. We prepared the detailed itinerary together with the agency to make sure we had a bit longer at each place and had the hotels we like. The final proposal was excellent. The logistics were well coordinated so the travelling was stress free. The guides were excellent. The meals selected by our guide Tham in Vietnam and Charity in Cambodia were fantastic. The only slightly negative thing was we could have been better prepared for our homestay visit if we had been informed about the expectations of the school-we could have had something about Norway to show the class. All in all a wonderful experience.

Outstanding service from first pre-trip contact to final day of our family's 2 week trip to Vietnam. Sen (our travel agent) made the entire experience very easy. She kept in contact with us and the contracted guides & hotels throughout our stay. We had not a single glitch the entire time. Highly recommended.
Tip: Make sure you schedule some days of "down time," meaning no tour. The tour days are very full, and it's a lot to take-in.

Anna’s Sticky Rice Group. Having suggested locations the 6 of us wanted to visit I quickly received a detailed schedule of what was possible within our travel dates. It was really comprehensive and excellent value. Once agreed we got a six page email down to the finest detail for each leg of our travels including all the guides names and contact details. The guides and drivers, flights and hotels were all perfect. As for our trips....they all exceeded our expectations and it was good to see how Vietnam had developed with the environment in mind since our last visit 5 years ago. We have been lucky to have visited many parts of this planet of ours and personalised tours for small groups can vary greatly in quality. We can state without any reservations that this is the best trip we have had and that is in great part down to an excellent company who kept in touch with us all through our trip to make sure everything and everyone was ok.

We went with Absolute Asia for a 12 days Vietnam tour including 3days 2 night cruise in Halong Bay.
All our guide were very knowledgeable, friendly with good sense of humor. The foods were very delicious, transportation was fantastic especially our 1st driver in Ho Chin Minh.
The whole trip was superb but our highlight was Hoi An - the lanterns was so beautiful and colourful.
We will definitely come back to Vietnam and will be using Absolute Asia travel. Tom & Lin

I took a 10 day vacation with Evaneous March 4-13 , 2019, for the area around Hanoi , Halong Bay , Ninh Binh, Tam Coc and an overstay at a National Park, Poulong . Overall the trip components and content were excellent. Too bad the weather put a damper on things, excuse the pun , on a few days. Drivers and the Guides were very polite, informed, knowledgeable and spoke understandable English. They were excellent, all five of them.
The downside is that the individualslized components of the trip were a bit disorganized, we were not completely sure of the agenda and at times pickups were supposed to be by a bus or a minivan at the very least, but got picked up on a scooter and I had big luggage. They made up for it by offering me an upgraded room which I appreciated. The other thing is that we could have avoided so many return trips to Hanoi if the itinerary was better laid out. Last but not least, I believe the overall trip is a bit pricey. I recommend it but I also recommend a more tailored route to avoid so many return trips to Hanoi.

Very good travelcompany. We traveled in cambodja & vietnam during 30 days. Al the guides and drivers where very friendly and knows a lote about al de beautifull places. Communication and Care with Sen, our contact travel agent was very good, She understand how to put our travel wishes in a perfect travelplan. very thing was perfect arranged. Booked a Vietnam and Cambodia trip with Sen in April 2019. In the planning stage, she was eager to call and make amendments that I suggested and make other recommendations. Everything ran smoothly. When an internal flight was delayed for many hours, Sen arranged another flight at a more suitable time. She also called and emailed during the trip to ensure that things were okay and gave frequent reminders of the next items on my schedule.

I booked with Absolute Asia Travel and Sen their local représentant was very helpful and always there to help me. It was a very good travel and I thank Sen for everything.

During February and March this year (2019) we had the most wonderful holiday for 43 days travelling through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. In 2018 I contacted Tuan of Absolute Asia Travel and he put together a programme for a personal tour for us. Over a few weeks we discussed by email and “Skype calls” the itinerary, to see as much as possible. So much was included - we would never have thought of the Vietnamese Cooking Class, but had a super morning there and really enjoyed eating lunch of all the items we prepared. Even my husband was amazed at his cooking abilities as he never tries anything like that at home! Another was our visit to the Organic Rice Farm – so informative and great fun. I could go on and on, it was just so wonderful. Every driver and guide looked after us so well and vehicles were of a high standard and we were given really informative visits to all the main tourist places visiting the Cu Chi tunnels, Angkor Temples, the Killing Fields etc. Even when we had to re-schedule as my husband had to get to a clinic for medical attention, it was sorted out so efficiently. I was so thankful I had booked through Absolute Asia Travel as many of our British companies I’m sure would not have been so competent at a time like that.

Excellent service from start to finish! I booked a 3D/2N tour from Hanoi to PuLuong and everything went very well: smooth on-time transfers, nice hotel, good guide constantly taking care of travelers. On top of it I had online support always available to help me with information and adjustments. Highly recommended!

Me and my fiancé went on a two week trip to Vietnam in September/October last year. It was based on one of the suggested tours and then customized to our interests by Sen at Absolute Asia Travel.
Sen's help was invaluable both before the trip in the planning stages, and during the trip.

To understand what type of travel we are interested in she asked a number of detailed questions. Then she made suggestions based on our interests, and accommodated all our change requests.
She gave us multiple itineraries with accommodations at different standards, and then we could just mix and match for ourselves.
Sen also advised and helped us with the visa process, and she answered all of our questions promptly.

During the trip itself we were free to call or message her at any time if we needed any help. This was in general not needed as we were with our guides most of the time, but it is nice to know that you have that option. Sen checked in with us regularly over the course of the trip to make sure everything was alright. Most importantly she kept an eye on the weather forecast and switched our itinerary around as necessary to minimize the rain having a negative impact on our travels.

I would strongly recommend Absolute Asia Travel, and Sen especially. There is no easier and more relaxing way to plan your Asia travels.

Absolute Asia Travel provided us with a 7 day non-trekking itinerary in the mountainous far North East in Vietnam.Our English speaking driver/guide Mr Son was highly experienced and from the area and passionate about the land and it's people.
We were safe & really comfortable travelling in the SUV. There was every opportunity to be as active as we wanted, photograph the spectacular scenery, mingle in local markets, visit minority tribe villages and eat local foods.
This trip exceeded my expectations and it was a pleasure to see and learn so much. I would highly recommend travelling with this company.
