We have been working with Able Recognition for well over 30 years, and in the past, things were far easier to order and receive in a timely manner. The production used to be in house, I could call and have it ready for pick up. Now I am finding that a lot of the items we used to order are no longer available, or the awards have changed, and we can no longer get then. This year, I ordered well in advance, included the award numbers, but they still could not find it - I had to send the previous proofs, and I had to ask several times to find out what was going on and why I had not received a proof. In the end, one of the awards did not make it in time for our AGM. They wanted to charge us over $200 to put a rush on the order even when it was late due to Able. Luckily, they agreed not to charge us for that, but we still did not get part of it. It was a very frustrating experience.

I never write reviews, but I'm making an exception because I was really happy with my order. The award was beautiful and it was impeccably packed and shipped. Thank you Able Recognition!

The proof came back quick and they stated that there may be some loss of detail. A quick update to the proof was made and the product went into production and was shipped very quickly. The received product turned out better than imagined.

The team was quick to respond and very helpful, and the products arrived exactly how we hoped. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Easy to work with, good prices and great quality

Ordering with Jake was very easy and he accommodated our request to hold shipping because of the virtual presentation. Payment was also accomplished easily through the online payment system.

However, the warehouse dropped the ball when it came to holding the item until the date requested. After requesting that the company deal with it because it was their internal error, the warehouse manager still pushed it back to me to call the shipper to stop delivery and make arrangements. It really added an hour to my day that I didn’t have and it still went early anyways.

Their representative Jake is courteous and excellent communicating all the important details related to our order. We had a problem with the quality of the engraving of 2 out of 7 awards. Even though we were less than 2 weeks from the event, they replaced the awards in a timely manner and expedited the shipping so we could received them before the event date. Very professional. We have been working with Able Recognition for almost 4 years now. I truly recommend it.
