I lost the key to my Horn cabinet I asked Stephen at Aberdeen Sewing Machines if he could get me a replacement. I had had my cabinet for a long time and knew it was outdated but Stephen found me a replacement that worked and gave me access to a machine and threads that the cabinet held. Made contact initialy by phone. Polite and helpful re machine i had rung up for. Explained procedure and rang me back when machine was ready.
Machine arrived very well wrapped, think Father Christmas might have been helping with the tape!! But it occupied my spaniel for a while.
Will happily recommend the company and will continue to support them

The service is always great. Personnel are always friendly and give good advice. If I go in for a sewing product it always seems to be in stock, which is great.
