Ordered an item to be delivered to a local address in Mumbai. When I was informed that it was made to order by the designer, I requested some detailing be excluded. Received the order on time and as requested. Great service from Aashni and the designer (Paarsh Atelier).

I had an amazing experience with buying an outfit online with the help of Keyuri. There was only one piece available and she went out of her way to ensure that I was able to procure the piece and mailed to me in the US so I could wear it for an event. Thanks for all your help Keyuri.

Ordered clothes for myself and my family. I informed the salesperson of the dates of the event and was promised to have the order delivered before then. As the dates for delivery grew close, I called the salesperson to ensure everything was on time and was told ‘not to worry ma’am’. The event was out of country and we didn’t receive any items as promised and we had to leave without getting anything. The shipment arrived in our absence and once back home from the even I called and spoke to numerous people and they kept apologizing and saying they know they made an error and caused me an inconvenience but they wouldn’t discuss a resolution. After almost two weeks of consistent calling, I finally spoke to Bhavana in management and she finally agreed to me returning the items. She told me she would send me the details of the return via WhatsApp the next day but I didnt receive any messages. I called and my calls were avoided. After multiple calls, I received a message on WhatsApp stating that the details of the return were being worked out and I would be informed soon. I received a long message from “Aashni Team” stating that they understood my situation and valued me as customer and wanted me not to cancel the return. I messaged them back to say they were now going against the agreement Bhavana made to date I haven’t heard back from them. I have called and have been told Bhavana will call me in half an hour and I never get any call back. I get excuses and avoidance. I am frustrated and regret ever dealing with this company.

I love my dress and would definitly order again. I had a little bit of stress about the dress arriving on time but Juhi was always super helpful and she made sure my dress would arrive on time. My questions were always answered immediatly and nothing was too much to ask. Would definitly order again and recommened it to everyone. Thank you Juhi!

From the moment we entered the boutique, Shivani was an absolute star. Beyond being highly knowledgeable and organised, she was perceptive, detail oriented, and considerate. Shivani went out of her way to tend to, not only me, but also my parents and sister as she guided us through all three floors of wonderful clothing, jewellery, and accessories. With her kind help, we have purchased two beautiful lehengas and are now eagerly waiting their arrival. Shopping at Aashni+co was an amazing experience. I was hesitant about shopping online as i was not sure about the sizes. I contacted them via WhatsApp and Rutu helped me with sizing and also she arranged a trial for me so i can check the fittings . And they worked out so well for me. Im glad that I went with Aashni and co for my bridal lehenga. I had an amazing experience with Rutu throughout the entire process. She was kind while answering all my questions and never forced me to place an order unlike the other companies I chatted with in India.
Once I had decided which lehenga I was going with, I was confused on how to measure myself. Rutu went above and beyond in getting the right measurements on video call - it gave me so much peace of mind that she was there while I did my measurements. She reviewed the measurements throughly and caught a mistake. Throughout the process she kept me posted on the status of the lehenga. She was so kind and professional. The lehenga arrived within 2 days of shipping from India to California. I’m very impressed with the fitting and the quality. It fits like a glove. I couldn’t love it more

We placed a bulk order with a representative Kamlesh and had a fantastic experience! All outfits were custom tailored with careful attention to detail and correct measurements from Kamlesh. We received all our outfits on time and had excellent correspondence. Highly recommend to anyone buying Indian outfits online - in fact already to have to all my friends!

Ordered an outfit for a wedding based on the estimated delivery advised also allowing extra time but the outfit is well over the expected date. It still hasn’t arrived. I have sent multiple emails Kamlesh responded the first time but after that no responses also no refunds provided.

Customer service (Kamlesh) was very responsive and proactive at trying to help us chase up orders. Garments arrived and were all stunning and correct sizing
