Louis and his team, were kind, considerate and beyond all completely fair. There was no haggling or trying to find fault on inspecting the car, in fact they spotted things I had honestly not noticed, but took it in the stride and did not even attempt to haggle the offered price down. Offered me a good price for my vehicle and even when his mobile collection guy came to pick up the car, he noticed afew more scuffs than I picked up. Was initially cautious & sceptical about launching into a discussion with someone who after some searching questions about the cars history did identify themselves as a dealer. However, after some lengthy discussions we reached a mutually agreeable price for the sale to progress. The process after that was very professional, completed to an agreed timescale, great communication and more hassle free than a lot of private sales that have experienced with previous vehicle sales. I was confident in the pedigree of the car I was selling and would be reassured by the in depth checking of the car prior to completion if I was someone looking to buy a car from them.
