I have an 8 sleep pod 3 just over 2 years old pod stopped cooling or heating
so even though I had a primary and backup credit card on file the app expired and stopped working obviously the pod stopped working as well. I manually re upped the app and the pod never started to work. I did the prime 3 times insured filled with water and peroxide the app claims the temp is being adjusted but the pod is maintaining no temp change
I contacted 8 sleep support at first it seemed they wanted to quickly help me resolve the issue but very quickly all I got was send pictures or a video explaining the issue . I already explained the issue nothing on my end has changed so there is nothing with the placement of anything that changed it has worked perfectly for the 2 years and then just stopped. I replied I am not sending a video or pictures so what is the troubleshooting steps. I got nothing but crickets from 8 sleep not a freaking word I found actual help on line searches than I got from anyone at 8 sleep
today I plan to do a complete reset and see if that works. since there is a 5 year warranty and it is 2 years old if I can't get this working today I plan to contact 8 sleep 1 more time for warranty claim then I will forward the issue to my states AG
