First time buying from them. Specifically showed 2-8 business days for delivery. I ordered my t shirt 10 business days in advance for an 80’s themed event and I didn’t get my t shirt in time. Took longer than 8 business days. If I would have known I wasn’t going to get my shirt within 2 weeks, I would have just bought one off of Amazon prime and would have received it within in 2-3 days. I will not buy from 80sTees again as they did not get my shirt to me in time for my event. Extremely upsetting.

I ordered a t shirt from this company weeks and weeks ago. Still haven't received anything. But they still send me a spam email every day of the week telling me that they can only hold my order another 24 hours.
I have requested a refund. Still no reply from them about that.

I noticed I had the wrong address right after I hit submit. I reached out to customer service via email to change it and within 2 mins my email had a reply that my address was updated.

Despite an issue with a recent order being marked as delivered online (but not actually delivered to my home), I reached out to 80s Tees online customer service and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue by sending out a replacement after so many days passed and my order still did not arrive to my home. If you order something from them and have an issue, I highly recommend reaching out to customer service first as they will work to resolve it with you as soon as possible. Despite the order issue, I will shop from them in the future due to their great online customer service.

The ordering process was very quick and easy. I received my order and the shirt looked great. Unfortunately, the material of the shirt was not based off the description of the website. I contacted the vendor via email who responded very quickly and expedited, A replacement of the shirt and was very professional period I highly recommend 80 t's moving forward for any. Type of vintage t-shirts.

Great tshirts but if you are outside America stay away. Delivery method is too complicated and multiple carriers make it unreliable and unable to track.

I've ordered shirts from 80's Tees multiple times over the years. Good quality, fun styles, and the customer service is great. I've never gotten the wrong product but recently half of an order was delayed to the point where I assumed it was missing/misdelivered by the carrier. The service I received in rectifying the issue was very friendly and attentive. Strong recommend!

Awesome site idea! Took forever just to look through all the selections and even longer to narrow down my 3 favorite. Totally brought me back to my childhood. There was a slight mixup with 1 of the shirts having the wrong print but the process to fix it was utterly painless. 1 email and not only was the correct shirt sent but I was even able to keep the wrong printed shirt. Wasn’t a fan of Blue Beetle but the shirt is kinda cool. Overall great experience and will be buying more in the future.

The team changed the shipping address very quickly and was very responsive to email.

I forgot to use a coupon code that I have and they credited my account back for em. The customer service was quick and easy. The T-shirts I have ordered in the past are really soft and authentic looking.

Well, to be honest, at first I got the wrong shirt… but as soon as I sent an email to their customer they responded the next day and we were able to quickly rectify the problem.

Their support has been great, totally worth using them for your tee-shirt needs!!

Fantastic customer service. I have ordered several things from this company over the past several years. All have been awesome quality and fun to wear. Recently had an order that had a missing seam. They were extremely responsive and quickly provided me with a replacement. We will always support them!!

Incredible customer service!!! One of the tees I purchased had a small hole in it. When I emailed 80s tees with a picture of the defect they responded immediately to my inquiry and confirmed they would send me a replacement tee ASAP and that no further action would be needed on my end. Now that's customer service!!!

Ordered four shirts for my husband for Christmas . I didn’t open my packages until I was wrapping them. One of the shirts had a hole. I emailed with a picture. They are sending a new shirt for my husband and I don’t have to send back the one with the whole. Amazing customer service!

My package of Christmas present shirts from 80stee got stolen, and they kindly offered to reprint and resend them! That was really really kind of them!
