Excellent website, loads of top quality clobber, fast delivery and excellent customer service. What's not to love?

I have spent a lot of money with this company.
I bought a Sergio tacchini jumper washed it once and the sleeve had a big hole in it
Customer service was so poor . I have purchased so many items from this company,loyalty works both ways so will not shop with them again.
So good product but if it goes wrong the owness is on you

Faultless top clobber and customer service is the best in the game when ever I’ve made a mistake with a order and need help Harry is always super fast to fix my issue and always polite with he’s emails back I can’t recommend 80s casuals enough

Easy ordering and very swift delivery! But…. Placed an order for a pair of white and black Patrick Monaco trainers. I wanted them for a business trip to America. I was sent a blue and yellow pair of Reeboks!!

I will need to return them (which you have to pay for - recorded delivery only).

A shame I won’t have the trainers to show off in the States and I’ll update this review accordingly as I go through the returns process.

***UPDATE***
Despite the mix up, Harry and the team did an excellent job in rectifying the mix up. The correct trainers were sent swiftly and the return postage was refunded. A negative experience was flipped to a pretty positive one!

Excellent company with great customer service satisfaction

Emailed them and had an instant reply from Adam, he sorted everything out straight away. The products I had received were amazing but I had made a mistake. He sorted this for me in a flash. Yey for Adam. Asset to the company. Thanks Adam and 80s casuals x

I made a mistake on my order, having not used 80s for a while. I was too late, so I thought, to update my address. Amy looked into it promptly & made sure it would come to my new address

Ordered a few items for Christmas, was a little concerned they wouldn't turn up in time due to post delays etc and delivery date had passed by 2 days, emailed and got a response straight away which was super service, they apologised and advised the order was definitely on way and should be with me within 2 days due to delays and to email back if not received. The items did then arrive that same morning, emailed to let them know and received a response same day again from Bradley. Excellent customer service! Items great, loved them and will definitely be ordering again and recommending them. Fantastic all round!

We must have dealt with the Christmas Grinch today.
We had previously ordered garments from them, with no issues.
We will not be purchasing anymore.
We purchased three garments as Christmas presents, 2 fitted perfectly and 1 which we delivered on a 350ml road trip, unfortunately was badged up correctly on the packaging but the garment size was two sizes lower than the package label and Invoice.
Our only option is to collect the garment and return it, unfortunately we cannot, due to the distance collect this to return it.
All I can offer to everyone is advice, although the Invoice and package may state the correct size, please check the label on the garment. This will avoid a very disappointing Christmas for both the sender and receiver

I would just like to say Harry from costumer services has been amazing with helping me get a replacement top
In time for Xmas .
He went above and beyond , replied quickly and made me feel at ease when I felt stressed over the parcel being delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong house .

I can't give these guys any higher praise than it is possible. Bought a Sergio tachinni track top came on the 15th unfortunately it didn't fit , sent it back on the 15th , with Christmas around the corner I didn't expect much this side of Christmas, dropped a email explaining I was returning my top and I fancied a different one instead of a refund, the customer service was superb 🤞 I received my new top first thing that Thursday morning. I can't fault these guys absolute made the experience so smoothly, IL definitely use these guys again 💙 p.s special thank you to Harry for making the experience happen 👍

Ordered nearly £200 worth of gifts, i paid for next day delivery, well the courier they use DPD are useless. The driver is a liar and said he missed me yet I have been home all day, waiting for this parcel, I dealt with an AMY at 80s classic and she got shirty with me and told me to go get my parcel at the pick up point when its ready, no updates when this will be. Absolute shocking customer service when things go wrong. I paid for next day delivery yet I need to go and collect it when that was not what I paid for. Great clothing but the customer service side is pathetic.

Excellent customer service from Adam. I ordered two tops for my partner on wednesday Being a bit of a Doris I forgot to change the delivery address (having just moved house) blind panic struck that they would go to the wrong address. I contacted 80s casuals right away, Adam was on the ball and got back to me within minutes to say that the address had been amended and would be dispatch that day. Thank you for the quick response, I'm going to have one happy other half on Christmas day 😊
