So I read so many comments about this place after placing an order and was really worried.
However they are great all items came in a good time and yes they aren’t perfect quality but they are lovely for the price.

Will be ordering again!

My new denim shirt fits well and looks very smart

The shorts I ordered were advertised as Poly-cotton.
The shorts I received were made of just polyester.
I regard this as false and misleading advertising.
I was very disappointed with the shorts!

Disappointed. First and last order here. One item (grey shorts) completely missing from the package. Other shorts described as cotton on website are actually blend of polyester and cotton. Another shorts wrong sizing (described as 32 but it's definitely 30 or smaller). Out of £45 package only one item is actually good so not "a bargain" at all...

It didnt fit me and the sizing was very off as im a size small bit ordered a larage and it was still to little for me

Cheap poorly made garments, total waste of money, faulty goods not fit for purpose and declined a refund, at least I know never to use 5poundstuff again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order, paid in full, and never received part of what I ordered due to failures by the courier they chose to use. While the company has agreed to refund the missing items, they have refused to refund the delivery charge.

I struggle to understand how it is acceptable for a customer to pay for a delivery service that failed to deliver. The issue was entirely outside of my control. I fulfilled my side of the transaction by placing and paying for the order. The failure occurred between the company and its courier, yet I am apparently expected to absorb the cost.

A reputable business should take responsibility for the services it provides, including those carried out by its chosen delivery partners. Customers should not be left out of pocket because of failures within a company's supply chain.

The most disappointing aspect has been the lack of accountability. Rather than putting things right in full, the company seems content to refund only the undelivered items while keeping the delivery fee for a service that was never successfully provided.

Sadly, this experience means I cannot recommend this company. I hope they review their customer service policies and begin treating customers more fairly when problems arise.

Shockingly awful quality clothes with a funny smell. Requested to return and it came back as denied. I've had to throw the clothes away as they smell terrible. Will never shop from here or recommend them to anyone.
