I have not received any contact information, information about my order the date expecting to be delivered. I wrote an email, no reply. I would like to know the status of my order it has already passed 7 days there is nothing and better to have an option to communicate with someone for support.

Great company
I have never ordered from 4Feet before and was a little sceptical, as I usually am when ordering from a new company.
Within just over 24 hours they had been dispatched and delivered and were exactly what I wanted. I also had a really thoughtful email from the company thanking me for my business.
Highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them in the future!!

My order was received within 4 Business days ... it came from London UK to Minnesota USA and the package was secure. I had thought about buying these boots (Dr Martens) for about 6 months and had to track down these 1460 Pascal Animal Print from a Third party which turned out to be 4FeetShoes. I am extremely happy and will wear these over and over.

We’re very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in time for the birthday — we completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
Just to clarify, the delivery service selected at checkout was Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours after dispatch. Your order was dispatched on time from our side; however, delivery times are ultimately dependent on Royal Mail’s network. According to the tracking information, the first delivery attempt was due on Saturday but unfortunately, the courier was unable to complete it and on Monday there was no one available to accept the package.
We truly apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this caused. While we always aim to meet expected delivery times, there can occasionally be unforeseen issues once the parcel is with Royal Mail.
Thank you for your understanding and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can do to assist further.

Ordered next day delivery Thursday 9.20am, delivered Tuesday. No-one available on phone or chat on Friday to confirm if shoes arriving before I left on holiday.
